It's been less than a week since Lil Wayne was released from prison, and while the rapper has embarked on a whirlwind of celebrations since then, he hasn't forgotten to thank the fans that stood by him throughout the past year.

On Monday (November 8), the Young Money star posted a video to WeezyThanxYou.com, a blog launched so he could communicate with fans during his eight-month prison stint on Rikers Island. In the clip, he's seen thanking his Facebook fanbase.

"What's poppin' to all my Facebook friends? I think there's like 14 million of y'all," Wayne says in the video. "Just know that I send 14 million thank-yous to y'all — thanx-yous to y'all."

Lil Wayne went on to express gratitude for all of the support that came his way. "I couldn't have did it without you," he said. "I won't do it without you."

Wayne shared similar sentiments with MTV News on Sunday in his first public comments since his release.

"I just wanna thank everybody," he told us before his welcome-home party in Miami. "Not only MTV fans, but the fans across the whole world. Most of all, my family. I couldn't do it without them and I would never do it without them."

In October, during a phone call to MTV's "The Seven," Weezy said he awaited the mail daily and estimated that he had received nearly 1 million letters since the start of his sentence in March.

Are you among Wayne's more than 15 million Facebook fans? Tell us in the comments!

Rachel McAdams Not As 'High-Strung' As Her 'Morning Glory' Character

'She's a go-getter,' actress tells MTV News about news-producer role.

Although many remember Rachel McAdams for her early breakout roles — as ruthless queen bee Regina George in "Mean Girls" and feisty Allie Calhoun in "The Notebook" — she has filled out her résumé with a slew of meaty and diverse films, a body of work that has kept her from being typecast.

In her latest film, "Morning Glory," McAdams stars alongside Hollywood heavyweights Diane Keaton and Harrison Ford, who play a pair of antagonistic anchors on a struggling morning show. McAdams portrays the show's energetic up-and-coming news producer who tries to boost the ratings and rein in the reporters.

When MTV News caught up with McAdams recently, we wondered if she possessed the same intense energy and hustle as her character, Becky.

"I don't think I'm quite as high-strung," McAdams said. "I hope I'm not as [high-strung] as Becky is. She's a go-getter."

When asked in what instances she might share Becky's exuberance, McAdams cited her film work, specifically being able to play up the physicality of her spunky "Morning Glory" character.

"Well, my job. I love getting in there and being really physical. When it started to look like she was going to be fairly physical, [director] Roger [Mitchell] asked me to run around New York in high heels, and I love that stuff," she said. "So, yeah, that's I guess what I have that [high energy] for, but I don't manifest it the same way Becky did."

Check out everything we've got on "Morning Glory."

Anne Hathaway Brushes Off Jake Gyllenhaal/ Taylor Swift Romance Rumors

'I have been Jake's onscreen lover for many, many years,' she tells 'The Seven' of her 'Love and Other Drugs' co-star.

With Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal both in the middle of heavy promo tours — she having just released the blockbuster album Speak Now, allegedly chock-full of songs about her high-profile exes, and he making the publicity rounds with his "Love and Other Drugs" co-star Anne Hathaway — we knew their rumored romance would have to come up.

The first bit of question deflection occurred when Swift stopped by Ellen DeGeneres' talk show. "I'm always optimistic about love ... always, sometimes," Taylor said when asked how she feels about love right now.

The exchange that followed included DeGeneres giving Swift her unsolicited seal of approval. "It's just y'all hanging out — this does not prove anything," DeGeneres said after displaying a photo of the two out in public. "I'm just saying he's adorable, and I like him very much, and so if that is the case that he's your boyfriend, I think that's fantastic."

When Kevin Manno from MTV's "The Seven" asked the same question of Gyllenhaal, Hathaway came to his rescue.

"I need to say, I have been Jake's onscreen lover for many, many years, and I find it incredibly disrespectful to the lack of reality between us that you're asking about something real right now," Hathaway, who also co-starred with Gyllenhaal in "Brokeback Mountain," said with only a half-serious edge in her voice. "Why would you do that?"

Needless to say, Gyllenhaal didn't confirm or deny the rumors; he let Hathaway do all the talking.

What do you think of this possible new couple? Tell us in the comments!

On Sunday, Lil Wayne wrapped up his "Welcome Home, Tunechi" party in Miami and now, fans are anticipating just who the MC will collaborate with in the near future. MTV News hit the red carpet at the MC's South Florida bash to ask rap's glitterati what they'd like to see from Wayne.

"I mean it's hard, 'cause [once] Wayne ... hears the beat, he's gonna speak," said Cool of the Miami-based production duo Cool & Dre, when asked what he'd like from Lil Wayne during a studio session. "The beat is what's gonna ask him what to do."

"I think, the one thing we would do is stand out the way and get out the way," added Cool's partner, Dre. "I'm sure he's got so much inspiration built up right now, what we'd do is give him nothin' but hard-core beats. We got about a good 50 of them waiting for him."

A few years ago, Lil Wayne and fellow Floridian T-Pain not only toured together but had a duet album in the works. Pain says it's only a matter of time before we hear the gems he's got stashed away.

"I mean, we got a gang of songs. We was already doing songs when we was on the I Am Music tour, so we got a lot — but we don't just wanna put out anything," insisted T-Pain. "So we gon' make a good 60 songs and make sure we pick the best out of that."

When asked if the collaborative project would come before Tha Carter IV, Pain replied, "No, his album should be the first thing — everybody is waiting on that."

Back to Cool & Dre, the duo — like Nicki Minaj's "Right Thru Me" producer Drew Money — set aside Weezy time, if you will, while the rapper sat in prison.

"In October we shut the studio down and said, 'This is "Wayne Welcome Home" month and we gon' get beats every day for Wayne,' " explained Cool. "So, he's got a major catalog waiting for him."

However, not everyone had work on their mind.

"I just want to celebrate with him. All the music stuff, that's what we do for a living, so we always gon' work musically," said Cash Money affiliate DJ Khaled. "Tonight, it's all about the celebration of Wayne — that's it, man."

Eminem has been basking in success this year. He was named 2010's Hottest MC in the Game, and on Sunday, he took the award for Best Hip-Hop Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards. But in a revealing interview with Rolling Stone, the rapper opens up about getting through some hard times.

Em is featured on the cover of the magazine's upcoming November 25 issue, excerpts of which surfaced on the Internet on Monday (November 8), and during the sit-down, Slim Shady delves into why it's difficult for him to share his world with women — and everyone else.

"I have trust issues — with women, friends, whatever. You always wonder what their real motives are," the Detroit MC admitted. "I've got a small circle of friends, and it's a lot of the same friends I've known forever. Right now, that works for me.

"I came out of some difficult things these past couple of years," he continued. "I kind of feel like I'm just now finding my footing, so I want to make sure that's secure before I go out and do anything else. I need to keep working on myself for a while."

Em went on to describe how difficult it would be to even begin a relationship.

"As far as going out, like dinner and a movie — I just can't. Going out in public is just too crazy," he said when asked if he was dating. "I mean, I'd like to be in a relationship again someday. Who doesn't? It's just hard to meet new people, in my position."

Eminem is wrapping up an eventful year with the release of his highly successful Recovery LP, Home and Home Tour and guest features alongside B.o.B ("Airplanes") and Nicki Minaj ("Roman's Revenge"), among others.

What do you think of Em revealing that he still struggles with trust issues? Share your thoughts in the comments.

MIAMILil Wayne's welcome-home party had all the requirements for an epic bash, from beautiful women to high-profile rap celebrities to enough luxury vehicles out front that someone could start a multimillion-dollar car service.

The glitz wasn't lost on Drake: The Lil Wayne protégé sported his finest Tom Ford duds for the event.

"I had to suit up for the boy," Drake told MTV News before stepping inside. "This is great. This is the celebration. This is the night we all get to have fun. I'm officially off duty. I'm here to have fun and celebrate a great, phenomenal, legendary man. That's why I had to get dressed up."

Drake was among the many in attendance for Weezy's party, located at the Alfred I. DuPont Building in downtown Miami.

Nicki Minaj, Cool & Dre, DJ Khaled and the Birdman were all there to fete the recently freed rapper. Wayne was jovial on the red carpet beforehand. Weezy walked in flanked by two women dressed Mardi Gras outfits as a nod to his New Orleans heritage.

"I just wanna thank everybody," Wayne told MTV News correspondent Sway Calloway. "Not only MTV fans, but the fans across the whole world. Most of all, my family. I couldn't do it without them, and I would never do it without them."

Michael Jackson's Parents, Children Open Up On 'Oprah'

Posted: 08 Nov 2010 02:37 AM PST

When asked what she missed most about her father, Paris responded, 'Everything.'
By Gil Kaufman

In her first major interview since her son Michael Jackson's death last year, Katherine Jackson opened up to Oprah Winfrey on Monday (November 8) during a tearful talk in which she discussed the day her son died, the devastating impact of his 2005 child-molestation trial and the legacy Jackson left for his three young children.

"I don't think I will ever be healed," Katherine said when asked if she believes that time will make things easier. "It will get better, but some days it's like it just happened. ... It hurts. It really hurts."

During the hour-long special, Katherine said her youngest son was "misunderstood" and she had trouble talking about Michael, often tearing up when remembering him.

Michael died June 25, 2009, of a heart attack caused by an overdose of the surgical anesthetic propofol, and Katherine said she learned of her son's death from his personal doctor, Conrad Murray, after arriving at the hospital. "He came out, and he was talking, and it took him so long." Frustrated, Katherine asked, "Did he make it?" and Murray said, " 'No, he's gone.' That's all I remember," she said, tearing up once more at the memory. She called it the worst day of her life.

Murray has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with Jackson's death, and prosecutors allege that his actions at the mansion Jackson was renting in Los Angeles were grossly negligent and directly caused Jackson's death. Murray has pleaded not guilty.

Though family patriarch Joseph Jackson has discussed his feelings about Murray, Katherine has kept relatively mum on the subject, until now. "Why didn't he take care of my child? Why did he give that [propofol] to him?" she asked. "It's very dangerous; why did he do it? ... I can't accuse him of murder. I don't know if it was accidentally done or it was intentionally done. I don't want to get into that, but I have my thoughts."

She said she'd never heard of propofol before and had no idea Michael was taking prescription drugs to help him sleep. She knew he had taken drugs to treat his burns from an accident during the filming of a 1984 Pepsi commercial and that he had become addicted to those drugs and that his siblings had attempted an intervention at one point. "I spoke to him about [drugs] once, when I had heard it, and he denied it," she said. "I was telling him I didn't want to one day hear that he had overdosed because it would break my heart, it would kill me too. He kept saying he wasn't, saying, 'My own mother don't believe me.' "

In addition to the burns, Katherine said MJ's addiction was fueled by his devastating 2005 child-molestation trial, in which he was acquitted of all charges but not before his career, and public image, were irreparably damaged.

"All his life, he had to go through stuff like this, and they were just lying on him," she said, asserting that she never once questioned his innocence in the matter. "I never thought [he could be guilty of molesting a child], because I know he wouldn't. He loved children, and he was around children all the time ... 'I'd rather slit my own wrists than to hurt a child' — he would always say that."

After the trial, she said, Jackson didn't trust anyone. And now, Katherine is raising his three children — Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket — and she admitted that she didn't approve of the way her son kept their faces shrouded during his life. After a cloistered existence, Katherine said the children are adjusting "very well" to their new life, which includes going to regular schools, playing and camping with their cousins and going out in public.

Along with some cousins, the kids came to visit near the end of the show, with Blanket proving to have inherited his dad's shy nature. Prince Michael said, in addition to loving video games, he wants to produce movies and direct, while a self-assured Paris said she'd like to be an actress after years of improv practice with her dad. Paris said Michael tried to hide his worldwide fame from them but she realized the veils and disguises were to protect them from prying eyes.

While Paris revealed that he was a strict dad (and an excellent cook, whose specialty was French toast), Blanket interjected, "He could get away with anything." When asked what she missed the most about her father, Paris responded, "Everything."

After an initial nose job, Michael began getting a series of surgeries, Katherine said, including ones that made his nose look like a "toothpick." Mostly, though, she said he treated his skin to erase the marks of a condition that made it splotchy.

"He didn't want to start looking 'like a spotted cow,' he said," Katherine recalled of Jackson's skin surgeries to treat his vitiligo. "I don't know what in the world he did to change that, but he did." Her comments appeared to contradict something Jackson himself told Winfrey several years ago when he claimed to have only had two surgeries. "He had more than two; he was just embarrassed," Katherine said.

In a surprise, Katherine was joined by husband Joseph later in the interview, with both refuting rumors that they are estranged or divorced. After years of similar denials, Joe once again asserted that he had never beat Michael. "I don't think he was afraid of me," he said. "I never beat him like the media tried to say. That never happened." Winfrey reminded him that Michael had said in a 1993 interview with her that Joseph had beaten his son, and then he asked her to specify between "beat or whipped."

Joe replied that he was proud that Michael was raised in such a way that he was a beloved, successful singer and not a drug or violence casualty like so many peers from Gary, Indiana. "You might as well admit it: That's the way black people raised their children," Katherine answered. "He used a strap."

Seemingly admitting it, Joseph again said he was proud none of his nine children ever landed in jail, suggesting that his hard hand kept them on the straight-and-narrow. "I don't [regret the beatings]," he said. "It kept them out of jail, and I raised them right and they were good kids."

Tom Felton Teases 'Powerful Scenes' In 'Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows'

'I'm excited to see how much Draco we see in the first one,' he tells MTV News.
By Kara Warner

The last time we checked in with Tom Felton, he was fresh off his MTV Movie Award win for Best Villain — including an awkward interruption courtesy of Mark Wahlberg — and celebrating the opening of Universal's Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park. Since then, he's been hard at work filming a couple of new projects as well as starting up the intense promo campaign for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1."

When MTV News caught up with the man behind lovable/loathable villain Draco Malfoy, we went straight for the news: How much of Draco will we see in this first "Deathly Hallows" installment?

"It's a bit hard for me to say, as I haven't actually seen the film myself," he admitted. "So the last thing I want to do is give false hope to any Draco fans out there, but I'm pretty sure there's going to be some stuff with the Malfoy Manor.

"You actually see where Draco and his family live, which is hugely exciting. They're a very extravagant family," Felton continued. "[There are] very powerful scenes that happen there, so depending on where the cut is, which I'm very excited to find out as well. I'm excited to see how much Draco we see in the first one."

The plucky 23-year-old said that, although he has the opportunity to screen the film ahead of its world premiere in London next week, he prefers to avoid early viewings to add to the excitement. So what does he think of what he has seen?

"Again, it's hard for me to say, because some of my scenes are supposed to be in the middle, so I don't know whether they're going to be brought over to the second or brought over to the first [film], and the last thing I want to do is talk about the second one," he said.

Of the footage he has been privy to, however, Felton complimented the darker sides he's seen of his co-stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson.

"There's some great stuff I've seen between Dan, Rupert and Emma; it has a really different vibe to what they've had before," he said. "This whole perfect friendship thing kinda goes out the window, and some of the stuff they shot looks fantastic. Rupert, especially, I'm not used to him looking so mean or so angry. I only saw a snippet, but it looked fantastic, so I'm looking forward to seeing how their relationship plays out."

How do you think the relationships will play out? Tell us in the comments!

On Sunday night, Lil Wayne's colleagues, supporters, collaborators and family members got together in style in Miami at the "Welcome Home, Tunechi" party. Hip-hop luminaries like Drake, Bryan "Baby" Williams, Busta Rhymes and DJ Khaled all came out to support Weezy and express just how much they were happy to see him out of Rikers Island and back on the streets. But nobody was happier than protégé Nicki Minaj.

"I'm just so happy. I just want to hold him and hug him and kiss him," Minaj said of Wayne. Asked about the first conversation they had when they saw each other, Minaj noted that Wayne was completely up on things.

"You know what he talked to me about? 'Roman's Revenge,' " she said, referencing the recently leaked collaboration with Eminem from her upcoming debut album, Pink Friday. "He was like, 'What's up, Roman?' I was like, 'How did you know about that?' "

Though she was unsure about the immediate future for her friend and label boss, she certainly had a wish list. "I'm pretty sure he's going to go tour," she told Sway on the red carpet before the party. "I'd like to see him do a world tour this time. And I'd love to see him in a movie, I think. I don't know why. I really want to see him break into that."

No matter what is next for Wayne, Minaj felt that even though the past several months have been difficult, she feels like it was ultimately positive. "It just feels like no matter what, we always just rise above everything," she said. "We went through this, and our team is stronger than ever. Wayne, we held you down when you were gone. That's the craziest thing. It's the most meaningful thing as a CEO to go away and have your team hold it down."

Everyone was in a mood to celebrate on Sunday night at the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami. And while the party was ostensibly to welcome back Lil Wayne after an eight-month stint in prison on a gun charge, for the revelers it felt more like an awards-show red carpet.

"I just wanna celebrate with him, man," DJ Khaled said on his way into the Alfred I. DuPont building, where friends and family gathered for a chill reception/pre-party before heading to the more adult afterparty. "The music stuff? That's what we do for a living, so we always gonna work musically. But tonight's all about a celebration of Wayne."

Among the attendees were Wayne's mother and actress Lauren London (the mother of one of his children), as well as Nicki Minaj, Drake, Busta Rhymes, Streetrunner, Bow Wow, Jay Sean, Cool & Dre, Young Chris, Rico Love, Dow Jones, Waka Flocka Flame and Young Money members Lil Chuckee, Gudda Gudda, Jae Millz and Short Dawg.

"We went through this and our team is still stronger than ever," said a clearly excited Nicki Minaj, who got dolled up for the homecoming in a bright-pink hoodie and green cotton candy-colored wig. "To have him back, it's like, 'Wayne, we held you down while you were gone.' And I think that's the craziest thing, it's the most meaningful thing as a CEO to go away and have your team hold you down."

T-Pain said he couldn't wait to give his little homie a hug the moment he sees him. Drake Is 'Not Entertaining' J. Cole 'Who's Better?' Debate

Don't Sleep: Necessary Notables

Headliner: J. Cole

Mixtape: Friday Night Lights

Key Cameos: Drake, among others

Essential Info: Drizzy is a busy man these days. Somewhere between working on his new album, an R&B mixtape, and possibly hitting the studio with the newly freed Lil Wayne, Drake is scheduled to launch the European leg of his tour at the top of the new year, and he's picking up a new opener for the run. Although he's replacing Tyga, he'll still have another highly lauded, up-and-coming MC: J. Cole.

While fans on both sides of the Atlantic will wonder what the two have in store, Drake told Mixtape Daily they haven't really discussed the outing yet. What they have talked about is recording together. Drake revealed that he managed to find time to do a record for Cole's mixtape Friday Night Lights, which drops on Friday.

But the Toronto lyricist warned the track might not be the lyrical face-off many are expecting.

"It's called 'In the Morning.' It's like a record for the girls," Drake told the big homie Sway over the weekend. "Me and him will probably have many opportunities to rap, and try and out-rap each other. But it's not about entertaining the 'who's better?' debate that I'm sure everybody else is engaged in."

Drake said that the two are actually friends — Drizzy shouted out Cole each night during his recent Light Dreams and Nightmares Tour — and they wanted to do a record together that had nothing to do with flexing lyrical muscle. The pair just wanted to do something for the ladies.

Drake also said he and Cole haven't indulged in the kind of behind-the-scenes freestyle battles that sometimes become hip-hop lore.

"Kanye is the only guy that ever does that; he just conjures up a cipher out of nowhere. I remember when we were shooting 'Digital Girl,' and it was me, Jamie Foxx, and Dream and 'Ye, just all in one shot, and [Kanye] was like, 'Yo, what y'all got right now?' " Drake recalled.

He did admit, though, that the two young MCs might sharpen their skills across the pond.

"I think there will be plenty footage of us just spitting," Drake said.

Rihanna Dishes On Nicki Minaj Collabos

Rihanna and Nicki Minaj's musical collaboration was so nice that they decided to do it twice. Not only did the dynamic duo pair up for a track on Rihanna's Loud album, but also on a tune for Nicki's debut, Pink Friday, both of which are out later this month.

When Rihanna sat down with MTV News recently to talk about her album, she confessed that the ladies have been in musical cahoots with one another for quite some time now. "We did work together on music for [Loud] as well as [for my 2009 release] Rated R," Rih explained. "It was the end of the album, but she was sending me these incredible songs. Like I wanted some up-tempo stuff from her that was kind of gangsta, but she sent me these ballads and they were beautiful and I couldn't believe that it was a female MC writing these songs. She's really talented and I want to work with her again."

Rihanna did eventually get her up-tempo gangsta track from Nicki in the form of "Raining Men," which appears on Loud. The club-banging, girl-power anthem combines Rihanna's pop-superstar swagger with Nicki's hip-hop it-girl swagger. Minaj adopts an island accent for her verse in the tune. Meanwhile, the chorus pretty much sums up the bravado of the heavily hip-hop-influenced track, as Rihanna sings, "Falling like the rain/ So we ain't running out/ Always raining men/ So what you worried about."

Rihanna was more tight-lipped about her contribution to Pink Friday, but she did say, "We also worked together on her album. I can't say ... actually, the reason I can't tell you is because I don't know the official title of the song. It might be 'To Fly,' I'm not sure if that's the confirmed [title]." It was later revealed that the track the pair worked was simply titled "Fly."

As Lil Wayne's friends and family celebrated his release from prison in downtown Miami on Sunday night (November 7), Weezy himself was ready to leave the past eight months behind him and look to the future.

Clutching a fat stogie in his hand, wearing a black hoodie, white T-shirt and dark shades and making his way down the red carpet of the "Welcome Home, Tunechi" party, accompanied by two dancers in Las Vegas-worthy glittering outfits, Wayne took a moment to chat with MTV News about how it feels to be free.

"I forgot about yesterday," he said in his first public comments since his release on Thursday.

Walking along with him was label head Bryan "Baby" Williams, who said the first order of business is ... whatever Wayne says it is.

"[Wayne's] a shot-caller, whatever he wants to do it's green light," said Baby. "We just glad he's home and we just want to pop bottles tonight and have fun."

Drake, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Cool & Dre, Fat Joe and more helped celebrate Wayne's freedom during the late-night fete at Miami's King of Diamonds strip club.

Before Wayne partied, though, he took a moment to reflect on all the support he received during his jail stint. "I just wanna thank everybody," he said. "Not only MTV fans, but the fans across the whole world. Most of all, my family. I couldn't do it without them and I would never do it without them."

The tireless MC has made it clear he wants to get back to making music as soon as possible. Even before his release, Wayne spit some verses over the phone for Young Money label chief Mack Maine, so he'd have beats ready for him in the studio. His eagerly anticipated Tha Carter IV is tentatively slated for release in early 2011.

Jim Carrey Calls Anyone Who Bullies 'No Friend Of Mine'

Star plays a closeted gay man in upcoming 'I Love You Phillip Morris,' and says 'to feel like an outcast is a terrible thing.'

In recent weeks, after a spate of suicides by gay teens grappling with peer harassment issues, everyone from Justin Bieber to the president has spoken out on the topic of bullying.

"All of us have an obligation to think about how we're treating other people. What we may think is funny or cute may end up being powerfully hurtful," President Obama said at MTV's forum last month .

To that growing chorus of high-profile voices, add Jim Carrey. The 48-year-old funnyman stars in the long-delayed "I Love You Phillip Morris" — the true story of a man who comes out of the closet and finds his soul mate while in prison — and spoke eloquently about the importance of accepting and celebrating our differences during a recent chat with MTV News.

"This is a horrible thing to be bullied, and to feel like an outcast is a terrible thing," Carrey told us. "It's just so an old thing, an old antiquated way of thinking that you can't have anymore. It doesn't belong in the new paradigm.

"Every time you look at somebody and think, 'I don't like that about that person,' you just got to know that's about you," he added. "Anybody who bullies anybody for any reason is no friend of mine. Frankly, I can't imagine hitting a human being for any reason except self-preservation, if I was attacked. Your sensibilities are different when you're a school kid and there's gang mentality, but it ain't cool."

Carrey confessed he often felt like an outsider while growing up, but found "little tricks" to make himself popular. Now an A-list actor working in Hollywood, he's found himself collaborating with movie industry insiders, some of whom are gays and lesbians — a situation that many bullying teens will also experience in the future. For that reason, at the very least, Carrey said teens would be wise to treat everyone with respect, regardless of any perceived differences.

"Some of the most valuable people in my life are gay," he said. "People that bring magical, amazing gifts and contributions to my life. I would say to kids out there when they're engaging in these kinds of isolations of people, someday you're going to want those people in your life. You're going to need those people in your life, and you're not going to want that on your conscience."

"I Love You Phillip Morris" is due to hit theaters on December 3.

Keyshia Cole Calls Nicki Minaj Collabo 'Dope'

'I'm excited that a new female rapper is on the scene,' Cole says of the MC, who appears on her new single, 'I Ain't Thru.

2010 is shaping up to be a year of fierce collaborations for Nicki Minaj. Not only has the hard-edged MC teamed up with musical femme fatale Rihanna twice, but she also is featured on Keyshia Cole's latest track, "I Ain't Thru," off the singer's as-yet-untitled December release.

Cole told MTV News on the Los Angeles set of the video for "I Ain't Thru" that Nicki's contribution to the track sort of came together at the last minute. "I had recorded it as one of the first songs on the album, but I never really finished it," Cole explained. "And then I called her and I was like, 'We should do a song together.' And when she came through I played it. I said, 'I did something a long time ago and I don't know if you might like it, but my manager thinks this is dope.' And I played it and she liked it."

The track is about a woman who, despite facing some adversity, isn't done just yet. And Cole maintained that having someone as equally fierce as herself on the track made for a perfect collaboration. "You know what? [Nicki's] dope," she said. "I'm excited that a new female rapper is on the scene. She's very creative. She has a lot of attitude and I just think it's dope and I definitely wanted to be down with it and I wanted her on the album."

The two have only known each other for a few months, but, according to Cole, they clicked pretty instantly when they hit the studio together. "It was dope [in the studio]. She's very, very professional. She sat in the corner and wrote her part and then actually she wrote two raps to the song," Cole confided. "She actually did one verse and was like, 'Keyshia, I think I can do so much better.' And I was like, 'Absolutely not — it's dope and leave it the way it is.' And then I saw her again and she was like, 'Please, just let me do my thing,' and I was like, 'absolutely,' 'cause I understand where she comes from."

Cole's forthcoming album is due out on December 21.

Harrison Ford Is 'Looking Forward' To 'Indiana Jones 5'

But there's 'no timeline' for production, the 'Morning Glory' star tells MTV News. 'While I'm alive, I hope.'

Both Harrison Ford and Shia LaBeouf have dropped tidbits to the press about plans for a fifth "Indiana Jones" film, following the $786 million success of "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" in 2008.

But on the red carpet for the "Morning Glory" premiere this weekend in New York City, Ford told reporters there are currently no plans whatsoever for "Indiana Jones 5."

Yet Ford told MTV News just the opposite before the premiere, informing us that Indy creator George Lucas has the project lined up and the 68-year-old actor can't wait for the chance to crack the archeologist's whip once again.

"It's on George's plate, and I'm hoping he's working hard at it, because I'd look forward to doing it again if the three of us could get together — George, [director] Steven Spielberg, myself — I'd love to do another," he said.

While he expressed enthusiasm for the project, Ford stopped short of doling out further details, saying only, "I'm not at liberty to tell you what I know and what I don't know."

This past summer, LaBeouf went into a touch more detail about the production, though he didn't address rumors that the story would take Ford and LaBeouf to the Bermuda Triangle.

"I got called into Steven's office, and he pitched a little bit to me and it sounds crazy," LaBeouf said. "It sounds really cool."

Almost two decades passed between the premiere of "The Last Crusade" in 1989 and the debut of "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" in '08. So how much time is going to pass before fans get a chance to buy tickets for a fifth franchise installment?

"No timeline. While I'm alive, I hope," Ford laughed. "It'll be better for everybody."

Do you want Harrison and Shia to team up for another "Indiana Jones" installment? Tell us in the comments!

Drake Already Finished Two Songs For Next Album

Because touring made his voice hoarse, Drake promises more rapping on new venture.

Having just recently completed his Light Dreams and Nightmares Tour, you would think Drake would want to take some time off to just take in his past year. Or even take a minute to absorb the fact that his friend and mentor, Lil Wayne, is finally home. Nope, Drake is already prepping his next album, though that doesn't necessarily mean he's hitting the studio.

"My new thing is I'm not really going to the studio for this album. The studio is like this pressure," Drake told MTV News after his epic Las Vegas show, where Lil Wayne surprised him onstage. "It's like the label's money is being spent, or somebody's money is being spent, and it's like you only have a block of time. So what me and [producer Noah "40" Shebib] did was, we started building studios in our room, and it's just been turning out the most incredible music. I got two songs done for the new album."

Drake said that because the tour has been hard on his voice, he's been inspired to rap a lot more. His voice was noticeably hoarse when he spoke with MTV News, and he said maintaining it was one of the biggest challenges of the tour.

"It just hasn't made for pretty R&B music," Drake admitted. "I just sort of decided that the R&B mixtape would have to be made after this tour, because yelling every night, going out there screaming, and then going into the studio and trying to sing, it just wasn't working."

Drake said he would take some time to let his vocal cords rest, but he was now focused on his album, before he starts the European leg of his tour with J. Cole. Drake said his album feels super special. And along with 40, he said he had a chance to sit down with another long-time collaborator, Boi-1da.

"He played me some crazy new beats," Drizzy said. "It's just all coming together like it used to be, when we were all at 15 Fort York in Toronto, 40's building. It just feels like old times."

'Michael will be represented in every way possible,' writer/director Jamie King tells MTV News.

Michael Jackson might be gone, but he's certainly not forgotten. With new music to be released on his posthumous album and a Jackson-centric Cirque du Soleil show set to hit the road next fall, MJ's pop-culture influence is still going strong.

When MTV News spoke to writer/director Jamie King, who is helming the Cirque du Soleil Immortal World Tour, he made it clear that when fans come out to see the show, Jackson's presence will be felt.

"It started with the music for me. I had to go back. I mean, we all know the Michael Jackson hits, but I really just wanted to sit and remember why I, as a fan, loved Michael and what his lyrics meant to me," he said. "I really started there, and ... it kind of became a snowball, wherein a story was being created for me. I was invited to Neverland [Ranch], and once I got there, I knew this was the environment I wanted to create for this show.

"Michael will be represented in every way possible, and that is from the video elements, holographic-type images and installation pieces to, of course, the choreography and that energy he gave onstage," King continued. "Essentially, there are living beings that are giving that energy that Michael would. Michael's lead vocal will always be there, because no one could sing it like Michael, but around that and outside of that, I'm going to be playing with remixing and mashing up, as well as give you some surprises and unreleased songs."

Without giving away too much about the 90-minute Jackson spectacular, King teased a bit about what Jackson maniacs can expect: "Michael's songs are the score for the show, and they guide us and lead us. ... Essentially, it's about following several characters as they get transported through a portal into Michael's world. This place is Neverland. In that world, we discover all kinds of things about Michael. Things we know ... and secrets."

Crystal Bowersox Reveals Farmer's Daughter Details

'American Idol' runner-up says she wrote 90 percent of debut LP, which also includes a Buffalo Springfield cover.

Breaking with "American Idol" tradition, Crystal Bowersox originally wanted to delay the release of her debut album so she could take her time with the project. However, with Farmer's Daughter hitting stores December 14, it looks like the season-nine runner-up had more than enough time to devote to the project — and she has penned almost all the songs herself.

"I wrote — a rough guess — about 90 percent of the songs on the album," the songstress said in a fan Q&A session with VH1 News. "We haven't finally decided what songs are going on the album, so I can't give an exact number."

Bowersox's first single, "Hold On," has yet to hit airwaves, but the star said the song should be available before the album's release. The cut is just one of a few tracks the 25-year-old did not write herself, instead penned by Nickelback's Chad Kroeger and former "Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi.

Aside from the lead track, the 12-song set will also include a cover of Buffalo Springfield's "For What It's Worth." The recently married singer said the 1967 anti-war track's lyrics transcend generations. "Its lyrics are relevant no matter what era it is, whatever war we're in and issues in the world," she said. "The song is always relevant."

Rihanna's 'Raining Men,' Two Other Tracks Leak

It's getting mighty Loud as we approach the November 16 release of Rihanna's new album. With two singles already out, "Only Girl (In the World)" and "What's My Name?," three more tracks off her forthcoming record have made their way online.

Nicki Minaj joins the party with Rihanna for the sure-to-be-club-banger "Raining Men." The girl-power anthem combines Rihanna's pop-superstar swagger with Nicki's hip-hop it-girl swagger. The tune finds Minaj adopting an island accent for her verse. Meanwhile, the chorus pretty much sums up the bravado of the heavily hip-hop-influenced track, as Rihanna sings, "Falling like the rain/ So we ain't running out/ Always raining men/ So what you worried about."

Another leaked tune is the Stargate-produced "S&M." Rihanna stays on the dance floor with the song as she meows over a throbbing beat, "Feels so good being bad/ There's no way I'm turning back." Then, for the song's naughty chorus, she busts out lines like, "I may be bad but I'm perfectly good at it/ There's sex in the air/ I don't care, I love the smell of it/ Sticks and stones may break my bones but chains and whips excite me."

The final leaked track, "Cheers (Drink to That)," is a definite party anthem in the making. Rihanna's sexy, island-flavored vocals vibrate over the tune's bumping beat. The song gets some help thanks to a sample from Avril Lavigne's "I'm With You." Lavigne's wailing yodel compliments RiRi's assured bellow on the track.

Rihanna recently discussed Loud with MTV News, explaining why it has a more up-tempo vibe than last year's Rated R. "A lot has — I won't say changed, but a lot has evolved since then," she said. "A lot of growing up, a lot of responsibility in terms of taking control of my business and stuff like that."

So what do you think of the new Rihanna tunes? Tell us in the comments.
