Katy Perry is hoping MTV Movie Awards viewers enjoy her new single, "California Gurls," as much as fiancé Russell Brand does. Not only will she have Snoop Dogg onstage with her, but she also has plans to hit the stage nude.

That's right, folks: no clothes!

"I think that this performance will be really Californian," she told MTV News about Sunday's big performance. "I will be naked," she joked. "There will be tons of naked girls. Listen: You gotta tune in, because yours truly, Katy Perry, will be naked. That's the only reason to watch."

Plus, fans will get a taste of what's to come from the "California Gurls" video, when an exclusive sneak peek debuts in the pre-show, which will be co-hosted by "Jersey Shore" star Snooki.

"It's definitely something to watch when you have the munchies," she said. " 'Cause it's all edible."

While Perry is known for her outlandish red-carpet looks, it's still unknown what the pop star will wear to the big show. But she does already have her date all lined up in show presenter and "Get Him to the Greek" star Brand. "We're both going to be at the Movie Awards. Katy's going to be performing her new, brilliant single, 'California Gurls,' " Brand said. "[It's going to be] me standing awkwardly with ['Greek' co-stars] Jonah Hill and Puff Daddy."

MTV Movie Awards Should Have Brawls And Nudity, Host Aziz Ansari Says

'Like Ronnie from 'Jersey Shore,' he's not going to be at the Oscars,' the host says of limitless comic opportunities.

If Aziz Ansari were running the 2010 MTV Movie Awards, some of the highlights from the show would include a fistfight between a Hollywood superstar and a reality show mover-and-shaker, and a certain A-List star whipping out his manhood in front of millions of viewers.

Come to think of it, Aziz basically is in charge, as host of this year's awards show. So, yeah, things could get a bit insane on Sunday, when it airs live at 9 p.m. ET/PT. You'll just have to tune in to see what the 27-year-old comedian delivers. As he told MTV News, his wish list is a ridiculous and amazing mix of celeb pranks, brawls and more than a few moments that are definitely not safe for the airwaves.

For one nutty example, Aziz is pulling for a throwdown between Johnny Depp and Ronnie from the "Jersey Shore" — and that's just the sort of thing that makes the show great.

"There's the biggest movie stars in the world and then people that are famous for saying 'bro' a lot," Aziz explained. "I mean, those people are not going to be at other awards shows. Like Ronnie from 'Jersey Shore,' he's not going to be at the Oscars. He's at the MTV Movie Awards, and he'll probably do something dumb, like, he'll go and punch Johnny Depp in the face or something. 'Yo bro, you were looking at me weird,' " he imagined Ronnie saying in the confrontation. "That's what's fun about this show."

A lot of the fun last year, of course, centered around Eminem and Brüno's S&M-tinged encounter in the seats at the Gibson Amphitheatre. This year, Aziz has got one wacky idea about how to create another water-cooler moment.

"How bout this time, Tom Hanks whips his balls out? Just onstage, whips it out there," he suggested. "That would be pretty crazy, right? That would get on Twitter!"

No arguments there. Mr. Hanks, you listening? Twitter, you feelin' us?

Yet, male nudity and bro-on-bro fights aside, perhaps Aziz's favorite part about the Movie Awards is that he's getting to host the darn thing. After all, he got his start on MTV's "Human Giant" sketch show and has a feeling the rest of the network family could reap similar benefits in the future.

"If you're on '16 and Pregnant' right now, couple years from now you could be hosting," he laughed.

The rollout for Recovery is in full swing. Eminem's new video for "Not Afraid" premieres Saturday at midnight on MTV, and a 15-second clip from the video has hit the Web.

In the preview, Marshall Mathers seems to have trouble on his mind. We see him standing on the ledge of a roof, in a basement throwing a chair against the wall and walking the streets of Newark, New Jersey. Em, of course, is no stranger to the Brick City. He used to run heavy with NJ rap collective the Outsidaz, which included Young Zee, Pace Won and Rah Digga.

"Not Afraid" debuted at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 a few weeks ago and has been well-received by fans.

Em has been overseas promoting Recovery, which drops June 22. On Friday morning (June 4), while speaking to BBC's Radio 1, he briefly delved into why he wanted "Not Afraid" to be the lead single from his new project. "It was one of them records that, as soon as it was finished, I felt like it should be the one," he said on the show. He also revealed why he wanted Rihanna on a track called "Love the Way You Lie." It was one of them songs I felt like it would be more special with her on it. Rihanna is super talented too."

While in France a few days ago, he opened up about the upcoming album's next single, "Won't Back Down," revealing that Pink was added to the track after it was completed. "When I did the song that I did with Pink, I laid my parts first and kind of heard her on the record and felt that she would smash this record," Em said.

What are you expecting from Em's "Not Afraid" video? Let us know in the comments!

'Eclipse' Scene: Check Out A Sneak Peek Before MTV Movie Awards!

Edward and Jacob get heated in this preview of our exclusive clip, which premieres this Sunday.
By Eric Ditzian

Last month, when we told you Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner would be on hand at the MTV Movie Awards to present a never-before-seen clip from "Eclipse," fans went wild trying to guess just what footage they'd get. Would it be the part where Edward Cullen proposes to Bella Swan? That much-hyped tent scene that co-star Elizabeth Reaser called a "chaste three-way"?

Well, the full clip won't be unleashed until the Movie Awards this Sunday, but it's just cruel to make you wait that long to find out what you'll be getting on show night. So we pushed and we pulled, we twisted arms and engaged in activities that might be illegal in some countries — and voilà: a teaser clip of the "Eclipse" scene to come.

As you can see by hitting play on the embedded video, the scene features Edward, Bella and Jacob in a parking lot. A bit of this footage cropped up in the trailer that dropped in April, but the full clip promises to show much more than anyone has yet seen.

In the teaser, a concerned-looking Jacob approaches Edward and Bella. "Look, I'm here to warn you," he tells him. "If your kind come on our land again ... "

"You should leave now," Edward responds.

As Twilighters know, the three of them are about to be pulled into an epic confrontation with the nefarious vampire Victoria and her band of newborn bloodsuckers. At the moment, though, both these men who love Bella are still butting heads.

Tune in Sunday night to check out the full clip during the Movie Awards. Pattinson, Stewart and Lautner will be introducing the scene live and in person. What's more, co-star Chaske Spencer will be MTV International's official red-carpet correspondent, reporting live from the scene outside the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, where some of Hollywood's biggest names will be stopping by to chat.

And then, of course, there will be the awards themselves. "New Moon" is up in five categories: Best Movie, Best Female Performance (Stewart), Best Male Performance (Pattinson and Lautner), Best Kiss (Stewart and Pattinson) and Global Superstar (Stewart, Pattinson and Lautner). Fan voting in all these categories is now under way at MovieAwards.MTV.com and will stay open through Saturday. Head over to make sure your favorite stars and movies triumph on the big night.

'Jersey Shore' Cast: Sandra Bullock 'Deserves' MTV Generation Award

'Sandra Bullock is probably one of my favorite actresses,' JWoww tells MTV News of the Movie Awards honoree.

This year's MTV Generation Award honoree, Sandra Bullock, is an Academy Award and Golden Globe-winning actress, whose big-screen features have raked in nearly $700 million in worldwide box-office sales. She's a philanthropist and loved by her co-stars. In short, her admirable traits and career accomplishments are just too numerous to list.

So it's not surprising that Bullock's fans come from near and far — the Jersey Shore being no exception. When we caught up with some of the "Jersey Shore" stars, they revealed they were huge admirers of "The Proposal" star. And the castmembers declared no one was more deserving than Bullock, who'll be honored at this Sunday's 2010 MTV Movie Awards.

"Sandra Bullock is probably one of my favorite actresses," JWoww told MTV News. "I think she's an amazing person. My favorite movie is 'Miss Congeniality'; I watch it every day. She has an amazing aura about herself and presence."

Vinny has nothing but love for Bullock as well, although he name-checked a more recent film of hers. "Sandra definitely deserves it," he said of the Generation Award. "She's a great actress, everyone knows that. And 'The Blind Side' was amazing. If you look back at all her movies, she's funny yet serious."

Bullock will be on hand to accept her award when the show airs live Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT. She joins an impressive list of previous recipients that includes Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Tom Cruise and Jim Carrey. Bullock's movies "The Blind Side" and "The Proposal" are also up for awards.

Justin Bieber Fans Skip Prom, Drive For Days To Watch Him On 'Today'

Becca Jude and Sinead Byrne, both 18, were supposed to be at their high school prom in New Jersey on Thursday. Instead, they were in New York City, standing in line to watch Justin Bieber perform live on the "Today" show early Friday morning.

"All our friends think we're crazy," said Becca, who was planning to join her friends on a trip to the Jersey Shore before she found out about the concert. "We have no regrets. He's worth it."

She was just one of many dedicated fans who skipped events, drove for hours and camped out overnight just to get a glance at Bieber onstage.

Megan Hazelwood, 17, convinced her parents to drive 17 hours from their home in Kansas City, Kansas, setting off three days ago just to make it to the show on time.

"He's amazing, he's so worth it," said Megan, who's organizing a buyout of Justin Bieber's album in Kansas City. Decked out in a black Justin Bieber T-shirt, she explained that she convinced her dad to tag along on the ride by telling him it would a good "bonding experience."

"They just love me," she said of her parents. "They just love me a lot."

For many parents, like Julie Williamson from New Canaan, Connecticut, accompanying their kids to the concert was an opportunity to experience the excitement themselves.

"I'm reliving my youth," Williamson said, admitting that she has officially caught Bieber Fever too.

Joe Pezzino said he drove his daughter seven hours from Buffalo, New York, in order to share something with her. "It's one of those things you do with your kids," he said, adding that he likes Bieber's music because it's clean.

While many fans had been planning to attend this concert since it was first announced, 12-year-old Jissed Rosario didn't even know she'd be coming. "I didn't know I was coming here today; it was my birthday surprise," said Jissed, whose uncle drove her to the concert because he knew she was a huge fan.

"My teacher complained about how much I like Justin Bieber at the report card conference," said Jissed, who also writes poems about Bieber and talks about him nonstop. "I'm basically the number one fan in the whole school."

Would your parents camp out with you to see your idol onstage? Would you do it with your kids? Talk about it in the comments.

'Who doesn't want to see Beyoncé and Ali Larter get it on?' Kara Taitz says of Best Fight nominees.

"The Hard Times of RJ Berger," a new show about a well-endowed young man trying to navigate high school life, is set to make its big debut this Sunday after the MTV Movie Awards. And guess what? The whole school knows RJ's big secret.

Considering the show is all about hooking up and throwing down, the "Berger" stars seemed like the right group to weigh in on two categories at the show: Best Kiss and Best Fight.

First up, the cast debated the Best Kiss contenders, who include Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning ("The Runaways"), Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson ("New Moon), Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift ("Valentine's Day"), Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock ("The Proposal") and Zoe Saldana and Sam Worthington ("Avatar").

Paul Iacono, the star of the show, decided to go with "Dakota and Kristen or the 'Avatar' [kiss]. Aliens and lesbians - yeah, that works."

Next up, the cast weighed in on the Best Fight competition. The nominees include: Beyoncé Knowles vs. Ali Larter ("Obsessed"), Hugh Jackman and Liev Schreiber vs. Ryan Reynolds ("X-Men Origins: Wolverine"), Logan Lerman vs. Jake Abel ("Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief"), Robert Downey Jr. vs. Mark Strong ("Sherlock Holmes") and Sam Worthington vs. Stephen Lang ("Avatar").

While Iacono went with "Wolverine," his castmates had their own picks. "I'm gonna go with the ladies every time," Kara Taitz said. "I mean, who doesn't want to see Beyoncé and Ali Larter get it on?"

Who are your choices for Best Kiss and Best Fight? Sound off in the comments!

Will Ferrell And Mark Wahlberg Get Their GTL On For MTV Movie Awards

'Hitting the gym, getting tanned, doing some laundry,' the 'Other Guys' co-stars say of their pre-show routine.

You never know what you're going to get when you put Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg in front of a camera. Well, that's not entirely true. You know it's going to be R-rated, generally insane and utterly hilarious. And therein lies the charming genius of these two, who star in this summer's action/comedy "The Other Guys."

Ferrell and Wahlberg were on hand Thursday afternoon (June 3) at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, for a rehearsal of their top-secret shenanigans at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. Afterward, they stopped by for a chat with MTV News, and things got weird fast.

To begin, Wahlberg announced his presence with a furious series of curses that was both out-of-nowhere and infectious, as Ferrell quickly joined in the barrage of swears far too child-unfriendly to reprint here. The tone for the rest of the interview was set. Talk (you might call it smack talk, in fact) ranged from their favorite "Jersey Shore" castmembers to their irrepressible love of Zac Efron. Don't ask us — we're as confused as anyone. But damn, we're pretty amused too.

Take their training regime to prepare for their Movie Awards appearance:

"Hitting the gym, getting tanned, doing some laundry," Wahlberg said.

"I just gave Mark a ride home in my helicopter," Ferrell added. "We do 15 rounds on the heavy bag and then HGH."

"And then we watch Zac Efron," Wahlberg finished.

Whatever you guys say.

Lucky for both of them, Efron will be in the house at Sunday night's show. He'll be one of the night's presenters, along with Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Jessica Biel, Steve Carell, Vanessa Hudgens, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Adam Sandler and Chris Rock. Fan voting is currently under way at MovieAwards.MTV.com and will stay open through Saturday. Voting for Best Movie, however, will stay open throughout the awards show itself, which means you'll have a chance to affect the night's biggest prize until the very last minute.

Eminem Reveals He's 'Rebuilding' Shady Records

Em says he's looking at Slaughterhouse, 'younger talent.'

With the release last year of his album Relapse, Eminem announced to the world that he was looking after himself and his music after a five-year hiatus. Now, as he puts the finishing touches on his follow-up, Recovery, the Detroit MC says he plans to focus on his record label, Shady Records.

In an interview with BBC's Radio 1 on Friday (June 4), Eminem was asked about mentoring up-and-coming rappers, and Em admitted he'd been eying a few acts.

"We're kinda trying to start the process of rebuilding our label, Shady Records," he said. "I'm sure I'll be looking for younger talent, coming up. There's a new group we're looking to sign, Slaughterhouse," he said referring to the rap supergroup made up of Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I and Royce da 5'9". "But I don't want to give anything away. We're looking at a few [artists] now."

Slaughterhouse has been linked to Em for some time, beginning last year when the foursome appeared with Eminem in Drake's "Forever" video. Their cameo led to speculation that the heralded underground lyricists would soon be connecting with the Slim Shady camp.

Royce da 5'9" spoke to MTV News in September and didn't deny the rumors.

"It's very much what it looks like," Royce said of Slaughterhouse joining the Shady roster. "That's always a possibility. It's conversations being had, very good conversations. I just did an interview recently and they asked me to address the rumors. I said, 'Rumors are what they are, people see things and they jump to a conclusion.' I never said it wasn't going to happen — I left it right there in the middle. I think it would be a great thing if it could happen."

Earlier this year, Ortiz said negotiations were in the "ninth inning," but more important, the Brooklyn wordsmith revealed Slaughterhouse and Emimem have already begun collaborating on music while they wait for the ink to dry on the paperwork.

"We got in the studio with Em already," he said. "We traded bars and stuff with all of us."

Jay-Z's 'Empire State Of Mind' To Replace 'New York, New York' At Belmont Stakes

NYRA official calls it 'the quintessential 21st century theme song for New York City.'
By James Montgomery

In his massive hit "Empire State of Mind," Jay-Z raps that he's "the new Sinatra." And it turns out he wasn't joking.

During Saturday's 142nd running of the Belmont Stakes, "Empire" will be played as the horses are brought out onto the race track, replacing Sinatra's classic "New York, New York," according to a spokesperson for the New York Racing Association.

"[It's] the quintessential 21st century theme song for New York City," an NYRA official told The Associated Press.

A spokesperson for the NYRA confirmed the change to MTV News.

"New York, New York," (or, as it's actually called, "Theme From 'New York, New York,' ") is most closely associated with Sinatra, though it was actually written for — and first recorded by — Liza Minnelli for the 1977 Martin Scorsese film of the same name. Sinatra recorded it for his 1980 album Trilogy: Past, Present And Future, and it became the last of his many signature numbers.

Sinatra's version has been played as the field for the Belmont Stakes makes its way to the starting gate since 1997. Before that, the vaudeville tune "Sidewalks of New York" was the event's main song. At Saturday's race — which is held at Belmont Park on Long Island — teen singer Jasmine Villegas will perform the Alicia Keys portion of "Empire," according to a spokesperson from the NYRA.

Of course, this isn't the first time the song has been performed at a sporting event. "Empire" became the unofficial theme song of the New York Yankees' World Series run last year, with Jay-Z and Alicia Keys doing a version of the tune during Game Two of the Series. Later, Jigga did another take of the song during the Yankees' championship celebration in Manhattan.

Rick Ross Talks 'Window Seat' Remix Video With Erykah Badu

'We continuing where the first 'Window Seat' ended,' Ross tells MTV News.
By Shaheem Reid

Erykah Badu bled the words "group think" in her critically acclaimed (but nonetheless controversial) "Window Seat" video, but that wasn't the end of her journey. Badu recently shot a video for the "Window Seat" remix with Rick Ross.

"I had to come get the queen," Ross said about the video. "They had her boxed up." The clip starts with Ross coming to get the Grammy-winning songstress from jail. "It was only right. I was swerving through Dallas in that Porsche Panorama turbo. I had to slide up on her, scoop her up. We got back to business. We went on another caper.

"It's basically, we continuing where the first 'Window Seat' ended," he added. "Where she was assassinated and ultimately scooped up and arrested. We continuing from there. She's got a dope cut on her album called 'Get Money.' Y'all need to download and check it out. It's the next single. And it's the bridge between the assassination, going into the 'Window Seat' remix, me doing my sh--. Then we ultimately going into 'Get Money,' which I feel is my favorite record off of [New Amerykah Part Two: Return of] the Ankh."

Like she did in the original video, Badu came up with the concept and directed it with Creative Control as the cinematographers.

"She most definitely is a super talented individual," Ross said. "Of course she's extremely beautiful. It's hard to look into her eyes for too long. She's so sweet. Just to see her creativity. She also directed the video along with her team. To see her vision, just to see her work ethic. She's like me. We filming to the wee hours. It's real big. She's the definition of a strong woman. I'm proud for her to be a strong black woman, just to see her so hands-on with her career. From the producing of her music to the writing of her music. The entire process of her writing her entire album all the way down to directing her videos and editing. For me to be sitting here while she's [filming the video], doing what she's doing, the singing. And she's also checking the angles. It was like, 'Wow.' I never knew that. I knew she was super talented and so hands-on and in charge of her entire project. She gets the ultimate boss look."

Bobby Digital says innovative new clip was shot by sending flip cams to guest MCs around the country.

It seems only fitting that a rapper named Bobby Digital would be involved in such a technologically resourceful video.

Wu-Tang Clan' s the RZA, a.k.a. Boggy Digital, is one of the MCs featured on the "2010 Wake Up Show Anthem," the follow-up to MTV News correspondent Sway and his "World Famous Wake Up Show" radio partner King Tech's groundbreaking "The Anthem." (The original Eminem-assisted track was released on the radio jocks' 1999 album This or That.) The brand-new clip debuts Sunday on MTV Jams.

The Wu founder spoke with Sway about the project, saying how amazed he was that the visual was completed via portable, flip-style video cameras.

"Technology definitely helped this video," the RZA acknowledged. "It was a case of artists being in different locations around the country, in different cities. They got these small, pocket cameras now that you can just go and film," he explained. "There's a lot of brands out there, but they got 'em. A lot of the video was shot with those types of cameras and then put together. "I remember Tech coming up to my West Coast studio and he came up like, 'Yo, you're busting a verse for the video.' I was like, 'Huh?' He just pulled out this small camera and went for it. When I saw the result, I was like, 'Yo, I gotta get me one of those cameras!' "

In addition to the RZA, Cypress Hill's B-Real, Ras Kass, Tech N9ne, Crooked I, Kam Moye and Bay Area rappers Locksmith and Tajai round out the lineup for "2010 Wake Up Show Anthem." An Internet-only edition is slated to include contributions from DJ Revolution, DJ Qbert and DJ Jazzy Jeff. The RZA participated in both the original and its sequel. Sway said he and Tech followed a tradition of selecting unique contributors to the culture — from Eminem to the RZA — to be a part of the project.

"For the 'Wake Up Show Anthem,' it's just usually people or artists that we respect, who are known spitters that innovated their own styles," Sway said. "Someone like the RZA a.k.a. Bobby Digital, there's something really distinct about when he came out early in his career as Prince Raheem and then into the Wu-Tang Clan. He's always had a distinct voice and distinct way that he spit his lyrics.

"We try to put together MCs that we feel will have a great synergy and represent something that's important to hip-hop," Sway added.

The Game debuted a new track featuring T.I. and Robin Thicke from his forthcoming The R.E.D. Album via Twitter on Friday (June 4). The track, "Pushin' It," actually leaked to the Web on Thursday, but the Compton rapper released a mixed and mastered version of the song.

The sexy number finds the rappers trading verses trumpeting their credentials with the ladies while Robin Thicke croons the chorus.

"I'm a rude boy, so I'm gonna get it up/ Rihanna post-Chris, Matt Kemp, baby, this is us," Game raps. "So talk to me, have you ever been to Cannes?/ Yeah, south of France/ Next stop Japan, let's go."

"Pushing it, your lips/ 'Cause my drug, it's your lips," Thicke sings.

The song follows his street single "Shake" and Game's lead offering from The R.E.D. Album, "It Must Be Me."

The video for "Shake" premiered on MTVNews.com in April, and the clip for the Neptunes-produced "It Must Be Me" is slated to premiere Friday on BET's "106 & Park."

The former G-Unit cohort recruited a bevy of high-profile producers to man the boards for the project, and reunited with mentor Dr. Dre.

"I feel great about this album," Game told MTV News earlier this year. "It's back full-force Aftermath and I'm conjoined with Star Trak." (Pharrell Williams is one of the LP's executive producers.) "I got this colorful movement over here where it's beautiful music on this side [with Star Trak] — then when I need to go dark or super grown and sexy, I got Dre over here. The combination is crazy — mixed in with a Cool & Dre track and RZA track and all the sh-- I been doing. The only person I'm upset I didn't work with on this album is DJ Premier. I feel his sh-- would have been perfect for this all-star producer cast that I have. One Premier track would have did me just fine. I would have murdered that sh--. But we ain't get it in, 'cause he was doing a whole bunch of sh-- for Christina Aguilera. I'm just Game. So I gotta just wait for the next album."

"Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford was arrested in Plano, Texas, for possession of marijuana early Friday (June 4), local police confirmed to MTV News.

The police department's public information officer confirmed that Crawford, 24, was released on bond after being arrested shortly after midnight for possessing under two ounces of marijuana.

At press time, reps for the actor had not responded to MTV News' requests for comment.

Unnamed sources reportedly told TMZ.com that Crawford was in a car with a friend when he was busted, and police found a single marijuana cigarette.

Ironically, Crawford plays a drug dealer in the forthcoming film "Twelve," based on Nick McDonell's novel (see a new trailer for the film right here). The indie flick, in which 50 Cent co-stars, has Crawford playing White Mike, a teenage dropout whose mother has just died and who is selling drugs to his ex-classmates on Manhattan's Upper East Side. In a conversation earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival, director Joel Schumacher explained to MTV News why the young actor was perfect for the part.

"Chace is very intelligent, comes from a really fine family," he said. "There's an old soul in him somewhere. He could play the grieving really well. There are a few scenes of anger. He was just right for the part, and the camera loves him. He does a lot with very little, and that's the essence of a good actor."

Miley Cyrus (Sorta) Kisses A Girl On 'Britain's Got Talent'

During an appearance on Thursday night's "Britain's Got Talent," Miley Cyrus appeared to take a page from Katy Perry's playbook, when she feigned a lip-lock with a female dancer onstage.

Yes, Cyrus kissed a girl (no word on whether or not she liked it) — or at least mimed the act — midway through a performance of her new single "Can't Be Tamed," grabbing the backup dancer, dipping her low, then planting a smooch on her. (It also sort of looked like Cyrus was attempting to devour the dancer, which was rather fitting since she was sort of dressed like a lion.) The "Talent" audience seemed oddly dumbstruck by the gesture, but at the end of Cyrus' song, they loudly whooped their approval.

Her "Tamed" performance follows hot on the heels of the decidedly dark, steamy and mature video for the song, which raised more than a few eyebrows and seemed to signal Cyrus' attempt to distance herself from her squeaky-clean "Hannah Montana" past. But Miley told MTV News last month, nothing could be further from the truth.

"I think it definitely shows a change of what people remember me as, but it's not trying to not be me. ... I didn't want to be just a character. I wanted to be myself," Cyrus said. "I think that's why the video is so unique. The lighting is different, the outfit may be different, but what you see in me is the same since I was 11-years-old on 'Hannah Montana.' "

In other Cyrus news, on Friday morning, she took to the blog on her official site to dispel rumors (rather emphatically) that she and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth had parted ways.

"Just wanna clear up a rumor. Liam and I did not break [up]. EVER! We are so happy and a lot of that has to do with the amazing relationship he has with my family," Cyrus wrote. "We are both so busy right now, so having them by our side supporting us and our career is such a blessing! So any type of rumor that said there was drama with them is completely false. Thanks for letting me clear that up."

Do you think Miley is trying to make herself look more mature? Is she going about it the right way? Sound off in the comments.

Bradley Cooper Says Zach Galifianakis Is The 'Toughest Guy' At 'A-Team' Premiere

Bradley Cooper is kicking butt and taking names as Lt. Templeton "Face" Peck in "The A-Team." But real life doesn't always imitate art, as Cooper admitted he isn't quite as tough as his onscreen Special Forces soldier. The real badass, he said, is his "The Hangover" co-star Zach Galifianakis.

"No one's tougher than Zach Galifianakis, who played Allen [in 'The Hangover'], so I don't even try to even compare anybody," Cooper told MTV News at movie's Los Angeles premiere on Thursday.

That may come as a surprise to fans looking forward to seeing the big-screen adaptation of the classic 80s TV series. "The A-Team" cast lineup — including Liam Neeson, Sharlto Copley and former UFC fighter Quinton "Rampage" Jackson — isn't exactly made up of wimpy guys.

Still, MTV Movie Awards nominee Cooper insisted bearded funnyman Galifianakis, who is nominated for Best Breakout Star at Sunday's show, was the dude to be most afraid of. "They won't make it," Cooper said of his other co-stars. "He's the toughest guy I ever met."

While Cooper was focused on Galifianakis, someone else was focused on Cooper. "The Hills" star Stephanie Pratt told MTV News she became a fan of the cute actor after seeing him in "The Hangover."

"The movie looks so funny," Pratt said. "I'm gonna say, I think I'm gonna like [Cooper] better in the 'A-Team.' "

Does Zach Galifianakis seem like a tough guy to you? Tell us what you think in the comments!

Justin Bieber Fever Takes Over 'Today' Show

If a lot of young girls were absent from school on Friday morning (June 4), the cause could well be an outbreak of Bieber fever.

Justin Bieber visited the "Today" show on Friday morning for a free concert outside NBC studios in New York's Rockefeller Plaza, where the teen sensation played a mini-concert featuring five of his most popular songs.

The epidemic wasn't confined to kids: As Al Roker pointed out, it wasn't even above the law.

"One question," Roker asked a policeman. "Sergeant, do you have Bieber fever?" "Yes," the officer answered with a smirk.

"It's official: The NYPD has Bieber fever," Roker said.

An army of Bieber fans from all over the country filled up the plaza with high-pitched voices and brightly colored posters.

"This may be the biggest crowd we've had for days, Matt Lauer said, to which Meredith Vierra replied, "It reminds me of Paul — Paul McCartney. So, I get it."

The broadcast was taken over by Bieber fever, with almost every segment, from the weather to interviews with celebrities, being "Bieberized."

Roker's forecast could barely be heard above the fans' screams, and his signature sign-off was tweaked to say, "Here's what's happening in your neck of the Bieberwoods!"

"Get Him to the Greek" star Jonah Hill was there to promote the film, and his interview was nearly drowned out by the teen screams.

"I have Bieber fever all over my body right now," Hill joked.

Bieber rushed down from his pre-performance rehearsal and interrupted the interview to give Hill a fist-pound for his comments.

Before his performance, Bieber told Lauer how much his life has changed since becoming famous.

"It's pretty crazy that now I go out and, you know, I'm always asked for autographs and stuff, but that's kind of what I signed up for," Bieber said. He added that his career goal is longevity. "I want to, you know, be an artist that doesn't just come out with one song and you know, then they're done."

As he performed in the humid morning air, Bieber bounced around with his background dancers through "Baby" and "One Time" and others without missing a beat, with some of his dance moves seemingly inspired by mentor Usher — he chest-pumped and moonwalked across the stage, channeling Michael Jackson the way Ush often does.

After the performance, Bieber stuck around to sign some autographs, but not before talking about his upcoming tour.

"It starts in, like, a couple of weeks, so I'm really excited," he said. "There's going to be a lot of lights and a lot of, like, magic stuff, which is going to be cool."

'Get Him To The Greek': The Reviews Are In!

Critics are overwhelmingly positive about the Russell Brand/ Jonah Hill comedy.

As Jonah Hill and Russell Brand's "Get Him to the Greek" arrives in theaters Friday (June 4), you may find yourself wondering whether this comical adventure filled with sex, drugs and rock and roll is right for you. You could always consult our big-screen cheat sheet before forming an opinion, or you could check out what film critics across the Web have to say about the new release. So far, the verdict seems overwhelmingly positive, with many reviewers describing "Greek" as the best comedy of 2010.

" 'Get Him to the Greek' is the funniest film of 2010 by a long-shot," writes Rebecca Murray of About.com. "Delivering the most fun I've had in a theater this year, this R-rated raunchy, wacky spin-off from 2008's 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' is loaded with jokes that connect, it's fast-paced, and even has a bit of heart to it (it is a Judd Apatow production, after all)."

Roger Ebert agrees with Murray's assessment of the film's heart, stating: "There are really two movies here. One is a gross-out comedy that grows lyrical in its exuberant offensive language, its drug excesses, its partying, its animal behavior. The other movie, which comes into focus, so to speak, in the last half, is surprisingly sweet, and shows that [Brand and Hill's characters] arrive at a friendship that has been tempered in the forge of their misbehavior."

A.O. Scott of The New York Times praises the film's leading men, particularly Brand's turn as drug-addled rock star Aldous Snow. "He is not as complex or as sad a figure as George Simmons, the comedian-turned-movie star played by Adam Sandler last summer in Mr. Apatow's 'Funny People,' " Scott writes. "But like that movie, albeit in a more condensed, audience-pleasing form, 'Get Him to the Greek' acknowledges the dark shadows and bleak stretches in the brightly lighted landscape of celebrity and also the resentment that can fester within a fan's love of his idol."

Not everyone is enamored with "Greek," however. Aaron Leitko of The Washington Post finds fault with the film's premise as a spin-off of "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," the 2008 comedy where Brand's Snow first appeared. He writes: "TV spin-offs have a spotty record. 'Rhoda' couldn't carry the torch for 'The Mary Tyler Moore Show.' 'Joey' was a pale substitute for 'Friends.' It's rare that a previously established side character, no matter how well loved, can deliver the goods in his own show. Which is probably why nobody tries it with movies. Well, nobody but the makers of 'Get Him to the Greek.' "

Claudia Pulg with USA Today was similarly unimpressed, suggesting that the film's problems are "a lot like Aldous himself: whacked-out, occasionally clever but in need of impulse control and direction."

While Massawyrm at Ain't It Cool News personally loved "Get Him to the Greek," he identified certain types of moviegoers that probably won't enjoy the film. "If you love what [Hill and Brand] do, this will be a full-frontal assault on your gut; if not, I can honestly say that they don't stray far enough from their own safety zones to do anything that might win you over," he writes. "If you are one of those folks that can't stand one or the other of the pair, this movie is not for you. It's pretty much them doing their thing for nearly two hours, interrupted occasionally by plot and emotion. Which, of course, is exactly why I love the living sh-- out of it."

Ozzy Osbourne Talks Tattoos, 'American Idol'

'I cannot do it,' he tells Inked magazine about watching the reality talent competition.
By MTV News staff

Ozzy Osbourne knows full well that his image as the deranged god of metal on a crazy train ride to oblivion has changed drastically over the past decade. While he was once known for (allegedly) biting the heads off of bats and (allegedly) snorting a line of ants, in these post-"The Osbournes" days he's more likely to go off on young metal acts who have forgotten about melody as he looks for the legal drugs that help him overcome a nagging tremor.

The Blizzard of Ozz talks about all of that and more in a new interview with Inked magazine, where the 61-year-old hard-rock icon holds court on everything from "American Idol" to his first tattoos and what life is like sober.

"I wouldn't have been speaking to Ozzy from 35 years ago because he would've been f---ed up and not having this conversation," he said when asked what he might discuss with his younger self. "I never wanted to take the character of Ozzy off the stage, but it happened." Now, with drugs and alcohol finally out of his life after decades of struggles, Ozzy, whose 10th studio album Scream will be released on June 22, said he only takes the medications he needs and that his life is not nearly as creepy and kooky as fans might imagine.

"I suppose there are people who imagine me going to my Bavarian castle and hanging upside down from the f---ing rafters every night," he joked. "I'm just a guy, man — I'm just a crazy guy who started a merry-go-round ride many years ago, and I'm still here." Ozzy has seen a lot changes over the years, but one of the biggest shifts in the music business — the emergence of reality singing shows like "American Idol" — is not something he cares to think about. "I cannot watch that sh--," said Osbourne, whose wife, Sharon, is a judge on reality performance competition "America's Got Talent." "I cannot do it for the simple fact that for a person to come out of the working-class thing, pass the audition, go on the show and then have a panel of people tell them how f---ed up they are ... I'm a 42-year veteran and I could not f---ing do it. My hat goes off to all of those kids on those shows."

Because it's a tat mag, Ozzy also runs down some of his most famous ink, beginning with his first piece — a dagger he got on his left arm when he was 15, complete with his name. "I don't understand why, when I got tattoos all those years ago, everybody had daggers," he said. "I don't see what the f---ing point was now, but back then you would go for a dagger on the arm. But now it's an art form." He also confirms that the crude "OZZY" across his knuckles was a home job he did when he was stone-cold sober at age 16, one of the few he's gotten while not in an altered state.

And even though he's hitting the road this summer for a shortened version of the Ozzfest with his old pals in Mötley Crüe, Ozzy said he has no interest in revisiting the good/bad old days. "Now I just go and do my show," he said, reminiscing about his fellow rockers who died as a result of drug and alcohol abuse. "In the old days, when we came offstage, I went to the bus to get more drugs and alcohol inside me. I don't even know whether they still do that — if they want to do that, fine. I don't have a problem with that. I'm not one of these holier-than-thou guys. Believe me, if I knew I could have a good time with it, I'd do it again. I'm not turning nerdy. I just never gave sobriety a chance before, really."

There isn't much he hasn't done, but the one thing Osbourne does crave is a #1 album in America — but even if Scream doesn't do it for him, don't look for Ozzy to retire anytime soon.

"How can I retire from what I do? I'm the luckiest man in the f---ing world," he said. "I have voice problems when I'm on the road from screaming every night. I'm not Pavarotti by any means, but if I was, he used to do one show every six months or so."

Will you help Ozzy fulfill his dream of a #1 album? Let us know in the comments!

Singer says 'Window Seat' video was controversial because 'sexuality that's not for male consumption' makes people uncomfortable.

Erykah Badu appears to be topless on the cover of the new issue of Vibe, and in her interview with the magazine, she continues to discuss nudity in her "Window Seat" video.

In the clip, which Badu debuted on her own website back in March, the singer strips her clothes off as she nears Dallas' Dealey Plaza as a symbolic gesture of freedom.

The move, however, drew criticism for a number of reasons, including the fact that the shoot occurred near the site of President John F. Kennedy's assassination. The singer also received backlash simply for disrobing in a video; online commentators suggested she was using sex to sell her music.

Badu scoffed at that notion, though.

"I look at some other videos. I'm not naming names, because I don't want that to be mentioned. There is the thing with sexuality," Badu told Vibe. "I'm naked for 13 seconds, and these people are naked the whole time and gyrating and saying come 'lick on my lollipop' and 'suck on my cinnamon roll' and, you know, suggesting sex. People are uncomfortable with sexuality that's not for male consumption. Could be 'cause I did it in public too. Do you think people would have been complaining if I had on high-heel shoes?"

Badu was charged with disorderly conduct over the video and later pleaded not guilty.

Badu splits the June/July cover of Vibe with Nicki Minaj, whose cover shot portrays her as a sexy anime-style girl in a maid's uniform. The pair follow Young Jeezy and Trey Songz, and Chris Brown and Drake as split-cover subjects in the magazine since it re-launched late last year.

Which Vibe cover, Erykah Badu or Nicki Minaj, are you most excited to see? Let us know in the comments!
