Chris Brown has had some very public personal struggles but the Virginia crooner isn't shying away from the spotlight on his next album. The singer has announced that the title of his follow-up to 2009's Graffiti will be Fame.

"I'm putting out singles a lot right now, so everything's coming together. But I definitely am gonna to say this and plug it quick: The name of my album is Fame so make sure you check it out," Brown said when he recently played radio host on 102.3 The Beat in Austin, Texas. According to some reports, the title references a "Fame" tattoo a "Fame" tattoo the singer sports on his arm.

The singer also urged fans to look out for the singles "Yeah 3X," a high-energy track infused with chirpy techno rhythms, and "Calypso" which he tweeted about in early September. "I'm trying to get everything together, figure out what I'm [going to] do with the album," he explained.

Brown has been making a lot of moves on the music scene recently. His single with Young Money spitter Tyga, "Deuces," topped the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop chart. He has also appeared on Chicago O.G. Twista's "Make a Movie" and revamped Nicki Minaj's "Your Love."

Breezy's "Deuces" collaborator Kevin McCall recently dished about some of the singer's new songs, including the "Rest of My Life" and "Another You," in which the R&B star tries out another musical direction.

"We're going to keep working on new stuff from here. That kid's got a lot of records so it's tough picking out cuts. It's really new right now," McCall said. "The song 'Another You' is country. It's like Hootie and the Blowfish, so it should be something different, something new and fresh."

Lil Wayne shouldn't have any trouble staying busy once he wraps up his jail bid in November. As soon as he's a free man, he's scheduled to hit the stage with a blow-out homecoming concert slated to coincide with the tentative release of his heavily-anticipated Tha Carter IV album.

However, before any of that jumps off, the MC is expected to drop even more music than originally promised on his upcoming project I Am Not A Human Being, which is scheduled to be released digitally on his birthday, September 27. Weezy's manager, Cortez Bryant, recently told that Human Being will be a full-length release, instead of an EP, featuring tracks that were initially slated for Carter IV. "I know once he got out [of jail] those songs would be so old to him," Bryant said.

Bryant also disclosed that Wayne has revisited one of his old habits while riding out his sentence. The MC has been penning new lyrics on paper instead of keeping his rhymes in head. "He hasn't written anything down since 2002 or 2003," Bryant said.

Weezy's manager also unveiled a 12-song tracklisting populated with features from Young Money/Cash Money artists such as Nicki Minaj, Drake, Jay Sean, Tyga, Lil Twist and Jae Millz.

In addition to the new Weezy music on the way, the unfinished video for the track "I Am Not a Human Being" recently hit the Internet. The trippy visual surprised many of the superstar MC's fans by showcasing some of Weezy's unique ink.

"The thing about this video, it was his concept to shoot the black light, 'cause that way the tats that he has, they glow in the dark. That's actually for real; that's not a camera trick or post-production," video director David Rousseau told MTV News. "The tattoos that he has on him when you put the black light on him, they glow in the dark. He came up with that idea. So really, the rest of the video was a springboard on that."

Lindsay Lohan has admitted to failing her recent drug test. Hours after reports surfaced on Friday that Lohan didn't pass her latest test, the troubled starlet conceded she was still struggling with addiction.

"Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result," Lohan tweeted late Friday night. "Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future. "

The actress, who was outfitted with an alcohol-monitoring bracelet in May which later went off at a party, and sent to jail in July for violating her probation, insisted she was ready to deal with the outcome of the failed drug test.

"This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences," Lohan wrote.

After wrapping up 13 days in prison and roughly three weeks in rehab, the actress was required to submit to random drug and alcohol tests, among other requirements, in order to avoid more jail time. According to the conditions of her post-rehab release, the actress could return to prison for 30 days if she fails a drug and alcohol test.

Lohan's recent missives appear to have a more contrite tone than statements she made about her personal drama before her July prison stint. The starlet told Vanity Fair in a pre-jail interview that her situation wasn't as dire as perceived.

"If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I'm taking and my father says I'm taking — so that says something, because I was fine," Lohan said.

On Friday, Lohan said she appreciated the fan support and conceded she is still grappling with her substance abuse issues.

"I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard, but also I am a work in progress, just as anyone else," Lohan wrote. "I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful."

Ben Affleck's bank-robbing thriller "The Town" grabbed the box-office crown Friday night. The film, which takes audiences to the smash-and-grab underworld of director and star Affleck's hometown of Boston, and features Blake Lively, Jon Hamm, Jeremy Renner and Rebecca Hall, topped the end-of-the-work-week box office with an estimated $8.4 million.

In second place is the high-school teen comedy "Easy A," which features young stars Emma Stone, Amanda Bynes and Penn Badgley, who joins his "Gossip Girl" castmember and off-screen love interest, Lively, in the box-office top five. The flick, about a teen girl who stumbles upon a lucrative hustle faking sex with wannabe schoolyard Lotharios, rang up $6.8 million in ticket sales during its debut Friday on screens.

The mind-bending thriller "Devil," which features the creative touch of filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan, opened in third place. Featuring actors such as Geoffrey Arend and Bokeem Woodbine grappling with an elevator ride that may literally be from hell, the horror pic pulled in an estimated $4.9 million.

Rounding out the top five is the kid-friendly adventure "Alpha and Omega," which features voice-over contributions from stars like Christina Ricci, Danny Glover and the late screen legend Dennis Hopper. The G.O.O.D. Fridays keep rolling on.

Kanye West dropped his weekly gratis track early Saturday (September 18), and this week's offering, "Lord, Lord, Lord," is heavy on silky soul and laid-back flows. Boasting verses from lyrical luminaries Mos Def and Raekwon and fellow producer/MC Swizz Beatz, as well as hearty riffs from R&B heavyweight and favored West vocalist of late Charlie Wilson, "Lord" features more of the smoky throwback feel the MC has dished out on tracks like "Devil In a New Dress" and "See Me Now."

West apparently tinkered with the song until, literally, the midnight hour, tweeting late Friday, "Swizz laying his verse ... it's almost midnight #GOODFRIDAYS." Swizzy quipped that he and the Chicago MC had to fudge the Friday deadline for East Coast fans. "GOOD FRIDAY IS ON LA TiME TONIGHT LMAO!" he tweeted.

However, the resulting track has none of the rushed energy you might expect from a five-artist collabo completed just hours before hitting the Web. It is instead a graceful seven-minute-long joint highlighting each contributor's distinct swagger.

Mos opens the track, gliding through cerebral rhymes like, "Cool ruler standing still, sweatin' through the shade/He knew those lights only grew bright to fade/Dead-wrong pageantry, lottery and games/Sleight of hand provided by extravagant and fake."

West follows with a punchier delivery, rattling off lyrics such as, "I got lines that's better than n----s albums, plural/king of the urban, make ya sh-- sound rural."

Then Swizz shows off the fruits of his late-night session, jumping in with "All-white Bentley, I call that 'Mama'/my life crazy, like Obama's."

Wu-Tang Clan elder statesman Raekwon rides out the track with lines like, "Open glass on my fingers/I sit back like I'm caged but still cakin,' my n----s is hatin.' It's like being in the livest Lambo in the hood, you a piece of steak/I'd rather be that then some bacon," before recounting days living "amongst fiends, countin' currency, hittin' blunts."

Paris Hilton is finally getting over her rough night in Vegas.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the heiress will avoid jail time in her felony cocaine possession case with a plea agreement. Hilton is expected to plead guilty to misdemeanor drug possession and misdemeanor obstructing an officer on Monday. The plea deal will land the socialite a year of probation.

Hilton was arrested on August 27 in Las Vegas after the SUV she was riding in was pulled over and police found 0.8 grams of cocaine in her purse. She later claimed the purse didn't belong to her and blasted rumors surrounding her case.

Under the conditions of the plea agreement obtained by the Review-Journal, Hilton will face a year in jail if she is arrested during her probation for anything besides a minor traffic violation. The heiress is also required to pay a $2,000 fine, complete a substance abuse program and carry out 200 hours of community service.

"There are very strict limits on her future conduct. We will not have to litigate whether she was convicted of the charge or whether the charge was a major or minor offense," Clark County District Attorney David Roger said, referencing the consequences if Hilton steps out of line again.

"Ms. Hilton understands the seriousness of the situation and appreciates the chance she is being given," the socialite's lawyer David Chesnoff told The Associated Press. "She has to stay out of trouble."

The plea deal caps off a summer of legal drama for the heiress. Hilton was detained in South Africa in July at the World Cup for suspected possession of marijuana but didn't face charges when another member of her posse was found to be smoking.
