It's out! Fans can nab their own copies of "Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story," which features photos and anecdotes from the chart-topping singer. To pay homage to Bieber's first major literary release, MTV News asked some of our favorite celebrities to get their hair-flip on and read a few select pages from the book.

We got our hands on everyone from "Eastbound & Down" star Danny McBride to Seth Green to Cary Elwes of "Saw 3D" to the guys of "Jackass 3D," and gave them the selection titled "Viral Video" to take a stab at. In it, Bieber recalls his first date, which he writes "has been sort of mythologized as 'Bieber's dating disaster.' "

The pop star explains that the date, with a friend of his, was anything but a disaster, even though he did wear a white shirt and order spaghetti, which, he notes, "was not the brightest idea." He writes that this seemingly terrible date "wasn't a big trauma."

"We laughed about it, and, all things considered, while it wasn't one of my smoothest dating experiences, it gave us both a funny story to tell, and it was a good starter date for me," he writes in the selection, which has been given its own spin by the celebrities in the video.

"I was a lot more nervous about that date than I ever was about performing onstage, but, once it was over with, I was comfortable with the idea of going out with other girls and just having fun."

To see McBride, Green, Elwes and the "Jackass" guys put their spin on Bieber's first-date tale, watch the video!

Don't Sleep: Necessary Notables
Mixtape: The Country Cousins: Trunk Muzik Wuz Here

Headliner: Yelawolf and Big K.R.I.T.

Key Cameos: TBD

Essential Info: Yelawolf is a big proponent of Southern hospitality. The Alabama native was low-key on the BET Hip-Hop Awards black carpet last weekend when we caught up with him to talk about his Interscope debut. But when the talk turned to other new jacks, Yela lit up and delivered praise like he was serving sweet tea to a neighbor.

The Trunk Muzik rapper was effusive over Big K.R.I.T.

"Big K.R.I.T. is another one to look out for," he told Mixtape Daily. "Honestly, he's one of my favorite MCs coming up."

The two are hard at work on a joint project, he revealed.

"We got a mixtape coming out, called The Country Cousins: Trunk Muzik Wuz Here," he said. "We got four records in already. Be expecting that in the next four to five months. I'm on tour till November, and he's on tour too. So, once we get off tour, we're gonna wrap that up and put it out there."

As for his own project, Trunk Muzik: 0-60, Yela said he's appreciative for the support he's received as he crafts his first album.

"I know I'm not an easy pill to swallow," he said. "My story is different. My style is different. The fact that people are accepting of it, I'm just happy. They're finally starting to get it. I'm making traction, so I'm just gonna get it while the getting is good."

Which 'Jackass 3D' Star Should Be On 'Dancing With The Stars' Next?

'I made it look so appealing for everyone,' Steve-O jokes to MTV News of his time on the show.
By Kara Warner

After 10 years of death-defying, cringe-inducing, gross-out stunts, anything the "Jackass" castmembers say or do should come as no surprise to their biggest fans — that is, until Steve-O was announced as a contestant on the eighth season of "Dancing With the Stars" last year.

In honor of Steve-O's valiant effort on the show (he ended up finishing in eighth place and outlasted Playboy model Holly Madison, actress Denise Richards and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak) and the upcoming "Jackass 3D," we asked the "Jackass" guys who might be next to follow Steve-O's twinkle toes onto the dance floor.

"[Those are] big shoes to fill," Knoxville joked. "You did great, kid," he told Steve-O, who laughed out loud at Knoxville's comment.

"I made it look so appealing for everyone," Steve-O said sarcastically. "I've been watching the new season," he admitted, adding that his appearance on the show has brought him a few more fans than he had before. "Every time people bring it up, they say, 'Oh man, I really loved you on "Dancing With the Stars." I was really rooting for you,' I feel like they're just trying to be nice."

"Well, they are," Knoxville said. "What are they going to say: 'You're a great dancer'? You did awesome on that. He was lovable and got great footage."

"Thank you," Steve-O said. "I don't think anyone else [from 'Jackass'] is going to be racing over to 'Dancing With the Stars.' "

"He was our best dancer by far," Knoxville said.

The rest of the "Jackass" crew seemed to agree.

"I don't think that's going to happen," Chris "Party Boy" Pontius said, which, surprisingly enough, prompted a pointed discussion about whether the hugely popular ABC show includes castmembers with unfair advantages.

"I don't like it when they have [experienced dancers] on," Pontius complained, singling out Gilles Marini, who finished second in Steve-O's season. "That one guy from the 'Sex and the City' movie, he was obviously a trained dancer."

"That's the worst," "Jackass 3D" director Jeff Tremaine agreed. "Yeah. Ice skaters, if you have any kind of dance in you, don't do it. Let Steve-O win. ... But Wee Man is who we want, because it would challenge the dancers."

"That would be pretty rad," Bam Margera agreed.

"He went to almost every episode of Steve-O's for support," Pontius said. "And he loves dance."

Unfortunately, Jason "Wee Man" Acuña, along with the rest of the gang, said they aren't interested in lacing up their dancing shoes.

"I'd prefer not to see any of us on it," Ryan Dunn said.

"That was Steve-O's thing," Preston Lacy added. "I wouldn't do it if they offered it to me."

Instead, the guys referred back to Wee Man's prior reality-TV appearance on CBS' "Armed and Famous."

"I liked the reality show where Wee Man was a cop," Dave England offered.

"That was amazing," agreed "Danger" Ehren McGhehey.

"They didn't show any of the good footage," Acuña complained. "They only focused on La Toya Jackson, and she wasn't even that great."

Rick Ross Gunning For Hottest MC Honors

To hear Rick Ross tell it, he deserves to be heading to Hawaii this year, and not just to work on Kanye West's forthcoming album. The Miami rapper likened being tapped one of the Hottest MCs in the Game to Peyton Manning earning All-Pro honors.

And with arguably the best song of the year ("B.M.F. [Blowin' Money Fast]"), the album of the year (Teflon Don) and the mixtape of the year (The Albert Anastasia EP), Ross expects to make the cut later this month.

"I'm thinking I had a dope year," he told MTV News. "I'm gonna keep it real.

"I Iove it, it's like the Pro Bowl to the NFL, everybody wants to get to Hawaii," Ross continued. "It's a roundtable that I could truly say I respect the integrity of the roundtable and the dudes that are actually out there. Because these are dudes that are at the tours, they're at the shows, they're at the awards, they feel what's happening on the streets and they can really gauge the temperature of what's going on for everybody that's at home."

Ross is coming off of back-to-back top five Hottest MC finishes. He landed at #5 last year and in 2008 he was voted #4.

When the Hottest MCs debate debuted in 2007, however, Ross didn't make the list. He recalled sitting at home watching that show and the fire it lit in him once he saw the final tally.

"Of course, a lot of times when you're not in the top 10, you're gonna be sour," he explained. "I was one of the main ones sitting at home like, man, I'm better than that dude at #8, I got him. But everything is about timing. It's about putting up those statistics, putting up those numbers and giving people a reason to argue. Give them points to argue on. I smile a lot of times at the other artists coming up and I reflect, yeah, he did put his groundwork in."

The Situation Thinks He Could Win 'Dancing With The Stars'

'My fans really, really, really come out and show their support for me,' 'Jersey Shore' star says.
By Eric Ditzian

After a late night at the club, "Jersey Shore" star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino doesn't seem to have any trouble recovering enough to address his gym, tan and laundry needs early the next morning. Recuperating after an elaborate foxtrot, however, is a little bit more of a struggle.

Days after tapping his toes to the Black Eyed Peas on "Dancing With the Stars," Sitch was simply wiped out. But ever the reality show pro, he hopped on the phone with MTV News to chat about all things "DWTS": his Ukrainian dance partner, Karina Smirnoff, what he has planned for Monday night's show, and what he thinks about his chances of winning the whole thing.

MTV: Mike, how are you doing?

The Situation: Extremely tired!

MTV: Correct me if I'm wrong, but you seem to be a guy who likes to be in control. So, what's going through your head when you're standing up there waiting for the judges to let you know your fate?

Situation: It really depends on which week. If it's a week that you think you did a good dance and you think your fans supported you, you're positive and you're not really that nervous. If it's a week that you didn't dance good, you're definitely a little worried. Week two was the week I didn't like my dance. My fans came out and supported me and saved me, but I was definitely worried about my fate.

MTV: This past week was a great one for you, going back to the future with some serious showmanship. How are you going to top yourself this week?

Situation: Every week is a different dance, and you have to work so hard just to get the dance down. Once you get the dance down, then you become a little confident, and the nervousness turns into excitement about showing people what you can do. That's where the showmanship comes out. It all depends on how hard the dance is and if you can get it down in the specific time allotted.

MTV: So, if there are weeks you're more confident and weeks you're less confident, how are you feeling about the upcoming dance?

Situation: I actually have mixed feelings. It is the Argentine tango. There are slow, finesse moves that have to be done quickly and strongly. They are movements I feel I can do, but you have to do them at full speed and the timing has to be perfect. Hopefully, I'll find out soon if I'm going to have a good week or a bad week!

MTV: We're used to the confident Situation, not the tentative Situation.

Situation: Yeah, that's what it really is. I'll be the first one to tell you if I made a mistake. I'll be the first one to tell you if some girl turned me down. But for the most part, this is something that I'm not used to. I'm not a professional in this field. I'm good in front of the camera in terms of speaking or entertaining or being humorous, but when it comes to dancing, you really got to know your stuff in order to be confident. You can freeze up or get stiff, and it's just not a good situation.

MTV: We know from 'Jersey Shore' that you like Canadian women. What's your feeling on Ukrainian women?

Situation: Well, my partner is very beautiful and very talented and very fiery. And at the same time, she's very caring. She's probably the only Ukrainian person I know, so I have to say I do like Ukrainian women.

MTV: I don't know if you're a betting man, but what do you say are your odds to win this whole thing?

Situation: I heard my odds are 1000 to 1 in Vegas. To be honest with you, I heard from certain people at ABC that my fans really, really, really come out and show their support for me. That's one of the reasons why I wanted to give a good dance last week and show them the reason why they're voting for me. If I can continue to show good dances, I definitely could get to the finals and pretty much shock the world.

MTV: Obviously, you're all about GTL, but how is dancing as a workout? Could we maybe see the start of DTL?

Situation: GTD — gym, tan, dance! It's actually a good workout. I recently did Men's Fitness and the pictures came out good. It's more of a lean look, but I like that look. As long as the abs are showing! Lean is in!

Taylor Swift On Kanye West: 'It Was Important To Write A Song To Him'

'I think a lot of people expected me to write a song about him,' Swift says of the rapper.
By James Dinh

While many felt it was unnecessary for Taylor Swift to rehash the controversial Kanye West debate when she performed "Innocent" at the 2010 VMAs, the country/pop princess thought it was important. In a recent interview with NYMag.com, the singer opens up about the rapper-inspired cut, her speculated ode to ex-boyfriend Taylor Lautner and what she has learned about herself in the "emotionally intense" past two years.

"I think a lot of people expected me to write a song about [West]," she says of her ballad "Innocent," just one of many confessional songs on her new album, Speak Now. "But, for me, it was important to write a song to him."

Swift acknowledges that she wasn't interested in a pity party. "It doesn't really add anything good if I start victimizing myself and complaining about things. Because I'm proud of that performance at the VMAs last year, where my fans helped me get through it," she explains.

"And there was a lot that went down backstage that I will always be thankful for, and the fans in the subway know exactly what happened that night. I feel everything. I've never had this thick skin that can't be... It's not like I am bulletproof in any sense of the word."

Another track included on her open diary-esque album, Speak Now, is the rumored ode to ex-boyfriend Lautner called "The Story of Us." Reminiscing on events that inspired the cut, the 20-year-old singer says, "It was at an awards show, and there had been this falling-out between me and this guy.

"I think both of us had so much that we wanted to say, but we're sitting six seats away from each other, just fighting this silent war of 'I don't care that you're here,' " she continues. "I remember getting home and sitting at the kitchen table, and saying to my mom, 'It was like I was standing alone in a crowded room.' That's when my eyes glazed over, and I got distracted and walked away to write," adding, "My mom is used to me doing that."

With her share of controversy and boy troubles under her belt, Swift is coming to terms with how these events have impacted her. "I think I've developed, as many people do, this sense of 'Don't say the wrong thing, or else people will point at you and laugh,' " she confesses.

"In your personal life, that can lead to being guarded and not making what you feel clear in the moments that you're feeling it. For me, it's never really fearing saying what's on my mind in my music, but sometimes having a problem with it in life. Sometimes you lose the moment."

In true Swift tradition, the former teen sensation took her sometimes-lost moments and used them as a theme for the title of her new album.

"I just kept going back to 'Speak Now,' because I think it's a metaphor for so many things we go through in life, that moment where it's almost too late," she admits. "And you've gotta either say what it is you are feeling or deal with the consequences forever."

Lloyd Banks Reveals A 50 Cent/ Kanye Collabo Could Happen

First Kanye West recruited Lloyd Banks for his "Christian Dior Denim Flow," and then the two MCs collaborated again on the G-Unit rapper's "Start It Up."

After recording two songs together — with a bevy of featured guests like Ryan Leslie, Fabolous, Kid Cudi, Pusha T, John Legend and Swizz Beatz — could the pair soon be onboard for a number that also includes Yeezy foe 50 Cent?

Well, yes, a 'Ye/Fif banger will soon see the light of day, according to Banks.

"We don't got that record on The Hunger for More 2, we want to balance it out," Banks told MTV News. "But we got more projects coming. 50 got a project, Yayo got a project, there's plenty of projects and space for it to happen. On my album, we got 'Start It Up' to set it off."

The Queens lyricist explained his newfound penchant for collaborating outside the G-Unit family, from the Juelz Santana-assisted "Beamer, Benz or Bentley" to his Kanye offerings. Banks said his past collabos were limited to his circle because of the success the Shady/Aftermath camp was enjoying at the time. Now, as he looks to establish his solo star, he's realizing that different artists represent artistic options he wants to tap.

"Nothing stays the same and this kind of change ... a lot of people are looking at it like the collaborations are happening all of a sudden," he said. "But it's because when we first came out in the industry we had such a big umbrella that if you needed a feature you didn't have to look too far. If you needed an R&B feature, Nate Dogg was there. Or Snoop was there if you need a weed record; Buck was down South. We had so much under the umbrella that I didn't need to look outside the circle. The collaborations, specifically the New York ones, are important, especially if we want to get back in the position that we should be."

What do you think of Banks reaching out to MCs beyond the G-Unit camp? Is it good for hip-hop? Tell us in the comments!

Audrina Patridge is gearing up to get "sensual" on this week's episode of "Dancing With the Stars," and the Situation thinks he has a good chance at winning the whole show. When the two MTV stars-turned-dancing machines aren't rehearsing, they and their "DWTS" co-stars have been tweeting up a storm about the fourth week of the reality competition.

"Just left rehearsal for DWTS! New stage looks AMAZING! Can't wait for tomorrow:) Now I'm at the nail shop gettin it innnn:)" Brandy tweeted.

The "Boy Is Mine" singer also got some support from her dance partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy. "Hey @4everBrandy ! Very proud of you today," he wrote. "Now ice, elevate, massage, lots of water and goto sleep early! Tomorrow will be fun."

Audrina was also impressed with the show's new look — and followed in Brandy's pretty footsteps. "The stage ... looks awesome!! super upclose and personal, got my spray tan on and mani/pedi," she wrote. "In hair and make-up getting prepared for tonights live show!!! Just rehearsed on the stage for tonight. ... Its circular and raised!!!Help me stay on the show!"

Despite Patridge's minor injury last week, her dance partner, Tony Dovolani, said she's been doing well. "I am proud of you @audrinapatridge," he tweeted. "You worked your ass off this week !!!!!"

The Situation is prepping for this week's "game time" and what he admits is "my hardest dance! The Argentine Tango, putting it all out there on the floor! Situationnation behind me! I'm Situated!" he wrote, before getting deep. "What I have realized in life, is with big dreams comes hard work n sacrifice. With sacrifice, comes great risk, greater pain n harder work. N finally with Success, comes greater responsibility, but all is worth the reward of fulfilling a lifelong dream that will eventually become legend! n that's the Situation from the Sitch himself!"

Courteney Cox And David Arquette Separate

Courteney Cox and David Arquette, who have been married for 11 years, have reportedly been separated for several months. According to TMZ, a source close to the couple claims Cox and Arquette are "still friends" and they maintain a business relationship.

Like any celebrity couple, there have been tabloid rumors of trouble in their relationship for years. Cox, 46, addressed those rumors a couple months ago during an interview with InStyle. "We've done couples therapy in the past. We're not lazy about our marriage," Cox said in the magazine's August issue. "We have the same arguments we've had for years.

"Some things just never change, and you should realize that the intriguing things you fall in love with will probably become the things that you don't like," she continued, "and the very things that you'll be talking about for the rest of your relationship."

Cox went on to say that she and Arquette made conscious efforts to maintain their relationship. "You have to make an effort to stay connected, and that's something we work at."

Arquette seemed to echo those statements in an interview with People magazine earlier this year. "We have a really great, beautiful relationship," he said. "Whenever things come up, we deal with them. We communicate. I would never do anything to jeopardize our relationship, you know what I mean? I'm committed, and we're honest with each other. ... Relationships take a lot of work."

Cox and Arquette met on the set of 1995's horror blockbuster "Scream" and will also be seen together in the upcoming fourth installment, "Scream 4." They have a 6-year-old daughter, Coco.

The Situation Won't 'Flirt' With 'Dancing With The Stars' Partner

'I figured I get down the steps first and then after a couple rounds,' Sitch jokes on 'Ellen' about pro Karina Smirnoff.
By Jocelyn Vena

The Situation on "Ellen"
Photo: Warner Bros

The Situation thinks he could pull out a win on "Dancing With the Stars," but that doesn't mean he's relying on his famous abs to get him to the finals. The Sitch stopped by Ellen DeGeneres' talk show on Monday (October 11) and opened up about his "DWTS" strategy.

"Every week, we're actually ... sort of taking clothes off. As the weeks have gone by and we [have] moved on, the clothes have been coming off, week by week," he explained. "Everyone knows that I have abs. I really wanted to show people a different side because right now what you guys see on 'Jersey' is really just a keyhole. On 'Dancing With the Stars,' you see the whole situation.

"I really believe in positive energy and positive thinking and dreams and all that type of stuff," he added about how he prepares for each show.

While he's known for his luck with the ladies, the "Jersey Shore" star told host Ellen that he's not trying to romance his dance partner, Karina Smirnoff.

"Actually, to be honest with ya, I really want to get down the steps [of the dances] and if I really were to flirt with her, I wouldn't get down the steps," he said. "I figured I get down the steps first and then after a couple rounds ..."

He was later joined by Smirnoff, and the pair danced to the Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow."

"He's sweet. He's respectful. He's not hitting on me every single minute," Karina said. "There have been a few!" she joked. "We have a good time together. We actually laugh. We have fun. We have little fights sometimes. It's never boring!"

Reflecting on his experience so far, the Situation said, "It's actually a privilege to actually learn how to really dance. I'll be honest: I'm not really the best at dancing. I do try and I'm improving every week. I love so much being onstage and the camera and performing."

For Spike Lee, A Hot MC Is All About The Words

'It's content,' famed director says about 2010 ranking of Hottest MCs.
By Jayson Rodriguez

When it comes to ranking a hot MC, every artist, fan or music critic weighs premiums differently: Some demand a rapper with chart success, while others want an act with lyrical acumen.

Other factors include the same criteria our MTV News hip-hop brain trust turns to during the Hottest MCs debate, which includes artistic execution (lyrical ability, flow), commercial success (charting hits, radio spins, album sales), cultural impact (business acumen, putting on other big artists), digital metrics, buzz and intangibles.

According to famed director Spike Lee — who has helmed videos for Naughty by Nature and Public Enemy — what he looks for most in a hot MC is simple: what the MC says, not just how they say it.

"For me, I don't think it's just lyrical flow, I think it's content," Lee told MTV News last week before he emceed the Blue Gala, a Spelman College benefit that honored Mary J. Blige, among others. "I put a high premium on the words. What are you saying?"

The 2010 edition of Hottest MCs is set to begin October 18, as the 10th hottest MC will be revealed on MTVNews.com. Numbers nine through six will be announced at the rate of one per day through October 22. On October 24, tune in to MTV2 to find out the top five.

Rick Ross, who is coming off back-to-back top-five appearances on the list, suggested his past 12 months should place him back in the mix this year.

"I'm thinking I had a dope year," he told MTV News, citing the song "B.M.F. (Blowin' Money Fast)," the album Teflon Don and his mixtape offering The Albert Anastasia EP. "I'm gonna keep it real."

Who do you think should make our list of Hottest MCs? Tell us in the comments!

Come back to MTVNews.com next Monday, October 18, when the Hottest MCs in the Game will start to be revealed. And until then, talk about your picks in the comments below.

"We like O.G.'s with this mixtape thing," Sheek, joined by Green Lantern, told Mixtape Daily when we met up with him outside of Def Jam's offices. "We've been doing this mixtape thing for a while."

"We just came from Def Jam," Green said as he exited the midtown building. "We had to up the budget a bit for this one."

Joints to Check For:

» "Cocaine Trafficking." In typical LOX fashion, Louch and the Ghost trade bars over the bounce-friendly track with Jadakiss picking the hook apart. "Some say it's the money, 'cause I just got my pub back/ Ten years in the game, wasn't seeing none of that/ Now I'm ballin' like Shaq."

» "Jungle Music." When Sheek collides with a Sean C and LV production, the result isn't expected to be anything short of epic. In the words of Houstonian Paul Wall: "Drive slow, homie." You gotta crank this one up to 10 and let the trunk rattle.

Gosh, look what Fox has planned now! An animated series based on "Napoleon Dynamite," the 2004 indie hit about, well, not much at all besides a small-town kid with a slew of idiosyncratic lingo.

Fox has ordered six episodes of the series, Variety reports, following the May announcement that the network was developing the show. Much of the original cast has returned to voice the characters, including Jon Heder as Napoleon, Efren Ramirez as Pedro, Aaron Ruell as Kip Dynamite and Jon Gries as Uncle Rico.

Jared Hess, who co-wrote and directed the movie, is an executive producer and writer of the animated series, along with his brother Jerusha (a writer on the original film). Longtime "Simpsons" exec producer Mike Scully is also onboard as a writer and producer.

There is no word about when the series will reach the airwaves, but it seems a safe bet to assume the show will become part of Fox's Sunday night block of animation. Currently, the network airs two hours of animation starting at 8 p.m.: "The Simpsons," "The Cleveland Show," "Family Guy" and "American Dad." We'll have to wait and see where and when "Napoleon Dynamite" is eventually slotted.

Variety also reports that Jonah Hill's animated comedy, "Allen Gregory," has been picked up for seven episodes. Co-written and executive-produced by Hill and "Yes Man" writers Andrew Mogel and Jarrad Paul, the show follows a 7-year-old celebrity forced to attend elementary school with regular kids.

Lupe Fiasco On Atlantic Agreement: 'We're Rolling'

Lasers single coming October 26, MC promises.

Lupe Fiasco has had a busy few weeks. From publicly disagreeing with his Atlantic Records home, organizing Fiasco Friday (which would bring the MC's qualms to the label's doorstep on October 15), and then reconciling with Atlantic late last week, it's been a whirlwind.

Over the weekend, at an event where Fiasco taught New York teens about the recording process, the Chicago MC spoke for the first time to MTV News about the the release of Lasers and the resolution he and Atlantic reached.

"We just came to a reconciliation, saw both sides of the argument of what was going down, found a midway point that we can all agree on, and we're rolling," Fiasco said. "March 8: Lasers. Single drops in a couple weeks. It is what it is."

According to Fiasco, the rift between him and his label began when executives called Lasers "wack," and then attempted to sign him to a 360 deal. Under this new contract, Atlantic would receive "25 percent of any ancillary properties that you do that come from your music," Fiasco explained. But the MC wasn't interested.

"I'm not a 360 artist, and I'll never be a 360 artist," he declared over the weekend. "And you should never be a 360 artist. If that's something that you need, then your situation is different. I'm not the type of artist that needs a 360 deal, but it's probably some newer artists that need that kind of motivation or extra support to enhance their operations in the future. I don't necessarily need that. If it comes along in the future, who knows? But, right now, I don't need it. Thank you, but no thank you."

As for what Lasers will sound like, Fiasco's decided silence is the best weapon — almost.

"I'm keeping my mouth shut, to be honest, on the album," he said. "The album is bananas. But mum's the word, because I don't want to spoil it. ... Over the next couple months, as more stuff comes out ... I'll be a little bit more comfortable to talk."

And we've only got two more weeks to wait.

"I'll talk about the next single on October 26, when it comes out," Fiasco promised with a smile.

Every card-carrying member of the MCRmy knows that My Chemical Romance's "Na Na Na" video doesn't premiere until (very early) Thursday morning — 12:01 a.m. early, to be exact — on MTV.com. But they might not be aware that the band also shot a whole lot of behind-the-scenes footage while they were making the video, and because they know how hard waiting is, My Chem decided to send us over a little snippet. What can we say? They're nice guys.

So, in this exclusive 30-second clip, we see MCR in all their Killjoy glory, gearing up at their secret hideout and then hitting the desert, where they duel with some villainous vampires. There are also cameos by Dr. Death Defying, a radio-clutching kid (who sort of looks like mini Ray Toro) and a Spandex-clad roller bandit, plus nods to the nefarious Korse — the leader of those evil vamps — and the mysterious Better Living Industries. So, yeah, they pack a lot into one video.

Last week, our friends over at the Buzzworthy blog brought you four photos from the set of the "Na Na Na" clip, which was co-directed by Roboshobo and MCR frontman Gerard Way. The song is the first single from the band's upcoming, much-anticipated Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, which is due November 22.

But why are you still reading this? Check out some behind-the-scenes footage right now! The full "Na Na Na" video will premiere Thursday at 12:01 a.m. ET on MTV.com, and then will air later that night — following a new episode of "Jersey Shore" — at 11 p.m. ET on MTV, MTV2, mtvU, MTV Hits and MTV Tr3s.

Is all this behind-the-scenes action getting you pumped for the "Na Na Na" video? Let us know in the comments!

Lady Gaga's 'Sopranos' Cameo Surfaces

The sunken treasure that is Lady Gaga's pop-culture past continues to reap Internet gold. In January, we hauled out a clip from the pop star's nearly forgotten appearance on "The Hills," when she popped up in a vinyl bodysuit and required some zipper assistance from Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port.

Now, further proving the point that the Internet never forgets, Gaga's 2001 appearance on "The Sopranos" has shown up online. The episode, called "The Telltale Moozadell," is from the third season of the hit HBO show.

Mob boss Tony Soprano's son, A.J., is acting out while at the school pool with friends. Wearing a black top and jeans, Gaga is one of three girls hanging out, smoking cigarettes and watching the boys swim. One of A.J.'s friends then gets the idea to chuck a desk into the water. From there it's a free-for-all, as Gaga and her pals toss equipment and sports trophies into the pool. A.J. ends up getting probation. Gaga, alas, is never heard from again. The episode aired when the future superstar was just 15 years old.

Her gig as an extra on "The Sopranos," though, was not the only time Gaga ended up on TV before she took on her famous moniker. As previously revealed, she once appeared on an episode of MTV's "Boiling Points," a hidden-camera show in which unwitting contestants had to keep their cool as various undercover actors tried to annoy them. Gaga didn't do so well, unleashing a bleep-worthy word after a waitress brought her a soiled salad.

"Who puts that in their mouth? Would you put that in your mouth?" she said. "It has sh-- all over it!"

Rhys Ifans Up For 'Spider-Man' Villain

No word yet on which baddie the English actor might play in upcoming reboot.

With production on the new "Spider-Man" movie set to begin in just two months, Sony Pictures is furiously filling out its cast. Last week, we learned that Emma Stone will play Peter Parker's other love interest, Gwen Stacy — not Mary Jane, as was originally rumored — and on Monday (October 11) we learned of another new face added to the potential franchise.

According to Deadline, Rhys Ifans will play a villain in the Marc Webb-directed film. Although much like the Stone-as-MJ rumors that circulated in recent weeks, Sony has only sent out the offer to Ifans; there is no word on whether the casting is a done deal. Also, studio insiders who tipped off Deadline wouldn't reveal which villain they want Ifans to play.

Ifans is definitely an interesting choice for "Spider-Man," particularly since we have yet to learn exactly which villains will be in the new film and because Ifans is well-known for playing roles that provide comic relief, not mischief and mayhem (a comic book villain's standard MO). The lanky Welsh actor broke into Hollywood as Hugh Grant's lovable, bumbling roommate in "Notting Hill" and has appeared in dozens of films since. His recent projects include "Nanny McPhee Returns" and the upcoming "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1."

Ifans joins Stone and Andrew Garfield in the highly publicized reboot. "Spider-Man" will reportedly begin production in December and will be released in theaters nationwide in 3-D on July 3, 2012.

What do you think of the casting news? What villain do you think Ifans will play? Share your thoughts in the comments!

Katy Perry is taking her act on the road in 2011 for her California Dreams Tour. The "Teenage Dream" singer will kick off the tour on February 20 in Lisbon, Portugal, with the European dates wrapping up April 5 in Glasgow, Scotland. More info about the tour can be found on her website. No opening act has been announced yet.

Perry hasn't yet updated her site to reflect any of the dates for the U.S. stops on her tour, but she did tweet, "P.s. My dates in the USA, AUS & MORE are being put in soon of COURSE! Don't you worry...."

Perry has been clear that she wants the tour to be a spectacle. "I hope that it's going to engage all of your senses: sight, sound, smell, taste, touch," she explained at the VMAs last month. Previously she explained that the tour will be a feast for the eyes.

"I guess I'm looking forward to making music videos on this new album ... and I'm really excited about incorporating the look and the idea of some of the songs on tour and making a massive production of it," she said. "I'm gonna want a lot of visuals. I want it to be 10 times better than when I was on tour last."

In addition to announcing her tour, Perry also tweeted a teaser video for her forthcoming "sparkling" "Firework" music video. The teaser shows stills of Perry at a courtyard party in a European city. Other shots from the video show revelers dressed in underwear jumping into a pool. But the video takes a more serious turn when it shows those who have overcome adversity finding their inner fireworks with real fireworks blasting behind them.

Perry didn't go into details about the clip's concept, but she did thank the people she worked with on Twitter. "Not gonna stop shooting till the sun comes up cause we are a LIGHT in a dark place!" She wrapped the shoot on September 30, saying, "I want to thank all the magical people that brought their sparks to this video the past few days ... your light reminded me of my purpose."

Wiz Khalifa Wants 'Black And Yellow' To Be Steelers' Anthem

Pittsburgh MC waves his team's Terrible Towel in track's new video.

Way back in July — right around the same time NFL teams were just starting training camp — Wiz Khalifa dropped by MTV News' RapFix Live to announce that he was signing to Atlantic Records, and tease some of the songs he'd be releasing over the next several months ... one of which was particularly close to his heart.

Wiz hails from Pittsburgh, and as such, he grew up a die-hard Steelers fan. And even though the NFL season was still some two months away, he had already prepped a song called "Black and Yellow" — after the team's menacing color scheme — which he hoped would become the de facto anthem for his hometown squad.

"We got two or three records that we're tossing around; it's just the order of which ones we're gonna put out," Wiz explained. "Right now, there's one that's gonna be real big for Pittsburgh. It's gonna be the Steelers' anthem: It's called 'Black and Yellow.' "

The song leaked at the beginning of September — just in time for kickoff — and finally, on Sunday, a date that just so happened to coincide with the Steelers' bye week, Wiz released the video for "Black and Yellow." The clip shows him performing on the streets of Pittsburgh, wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with the Steelers' Super Bowl championship ring and — of course — waiving the team's ubiquitous Terrible Towel.

It's definitely an anthem for both the Steelers and the Steel City, and with star Steelers' QB Ben Roethlisberger set to rejoin the team this weekend (after a four-game suspension following an allegation of sexual assault), Wiz's timing couldn't have been better. We bet you'll be hearing "Black and Yellow" for the remainder of the 2010 season ... and possibly beyond.

Does Wiz Khalifa's new song have appeal for non-Steelers fans? Sound off in the comments.
