'Breaking Dawn' Wedding 'Tough' For The Ladies, Kellan Lutz Says

'They're wearing these beautiful dresses, but they're skintight,' he tells MTV News of difficult filming conditions.

Speaking to the "Twilight" fans out there, it's safe to assume that, by now, we've all seen the chills, thrills and heart-stopping moments contained within the "Breaking Dawn" trailer that debuted during the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night. (We're especially sure these Twilighters have seen the trailer.)

One of the biggest squeal-getters, as far as favorite, swoon-worthy moments are concerned, was the brief glimpse of Bella and Edward's wedding. And no matter how gorgeous everything appears in the trailer, the members of the cast have been telling us that the actual shooting of the wedding scene was not quite as glamorous, thanks to a few days of serious downpour.

When MTV News caught up with Kellan Lutz on the red carpet at the Movie Awards on Sunday, we asked him to weigh in on his experience filming in the less-than-desirable rain showers.

SEE PHOTOS OF ALL OF THE "TWILIGHT" STARS AT THE MOVIE AWARDS.

"I just feel bad for the women on the movie," Lutz said. "They're wearing these beautiful dresses, but they're skintight, and of course a lot of us are playing vampires so you have to not shiver, because vampires don't get cold. It was tough. It was really cold. A lot of times, the heaters went off and it rained, so it made the whole climate even more cold."

Lutz's co-star Peter Facinelli told us that, thanks to movie magic, we won't be seeing any of the rain or shivering "Twilight" castmembers once the film is finished.

"It's funny, because whenever we have a big important scene on 'Twilight' [movies], it rains. I was doing the baseball sequence [from 'Twilight'], and it was raining. But you never see it on film," Facinelli said of some editing tricks. "With this wedding, it rained the whole time we shot the two scenes. But you'll never see it on film. They block out the rain. They put tarps up and you'll never see it."

Lil Wayne's 'MTV Unplugged' A Solo Gig

During his MTV2 "Unplugged" special, Lil Wayne aims to give fans his all, so don't expect him to share the stage with any guests.

"If you ever go to a Lil Wayne show, you'll see he, as in I, don't bring nobody onstage unless they are Young Money," Weezy told MTV News' Sway Calloway after the taping of "MTV2 Presents: Lil Wayne Unplugged," which will air on MTV2, MTV and MTV.com on Sunday.

"If they are not Young Money and they are just an artist that I've done a song with and they're in the town that night and they ask, 'Can I come out?' Say, 'Yeah,' " he said. "But if you go to a Lil Wayne show and you're a real Lil Wayne fan, you'll know: He's up there from start to finish by his self."

Part of Weezy's hesitation to bring others onstage dates back to his early days as one-fourth of the Hot Boys with Juvenile, B.G. and Turk.

"Ain't have nobody screamin' over the mic with me. I just never been about that because I was always in a group with three other guys when I was comin' up," Tunechi said.

For all of the reasons he gives, in the end, Wayne is just a little bit selfish, and after releasing eight solo albums, nine official mixtapes and selling more than 10 million copies, who can blame him? "I also don't bring a lot of people up there because, simple and plain, this is 'MTV Unplugged,' and this is Lil Wayne's 'MTV Unplugged,' " he said.

Don't miss "MTV2 Presents: Lil Wayne Unplugged," premiering Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on MTV2, MTV and MTV.com.

Ja Rule To Begin Prison Term Today

Rapper will turn himself for two-year sentence after pleading guilty to 2007 gun charge.
By Gil Kaufman

Ja Rule is slated to turn himself in to begin a two-year prison sentence on gun charges on Wednesday morning (June 8). The rapper (born Jeffrey Atkins) pleaded guilty in December to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in connection with a July 2007 arrest in which the Manhattan District Attorney's office claimed police found a loaded semi-automatic .40-caliber Taurus handgun, with the serial number scratched off, hidden in the backseat of the MC's Maybach.

Ja Rule's arrest took place on the same night that Lil Wayne was arrested on a gun charge, which sent the "Lollipop" rapper to jail for eight months last year. The two rappers had performed together that night in Wayne's first major show in New York.

Rule is expected to turn himself in on Wednesday morning, when he will be assigned to an Upstate New York correctional facility to serve his time. Last month, he sat down with MTV News and expressed regret over his pending jail sentence and feelings that he let his wife and children down.

"I'm disappointed," the multiplatinum rapper told Sway during "Rapfix Live." "I'm mad at myself."

Rule, 35, spoke specifically about disappointing his 15-year-old daughter, Brittany, but expressed concern about his two sons as well. "My daughter, she's 15 right now," Ja explained. "These are her last couple of years. She's about to graduate from high school, and she's going to college. She needs her father. My boys really need me right now too, as well as my wife. They need Daddy, and Daddy f---ed up."

Ja also pleaded guilty in March to failing to pay more than $3 million in taxes in New Jersey and faces up to three years in prison in that case.

He hoped his arrest and prison stint would convince young fans to leave guns alone. While Ja Rule's first new album in six years, Pain Is Love 2, was reportedly due for release this week, that effort now appears to be on hold and until later this summer.

Britney Spears Will Be 'Extra Nervous' For Femme Fatale Tour Kickoff

Singer also divulges what she takes on tour with her to relax.
By Jocelyn Vena

After giving fans a taste of the Femme Fatale stage setup, Britney Spears is opening up some more about her tour, just days away from its big launch. In an interview airing Wednesday night (June 8), Spears says that she's working hard to make sure that everything goes just right for the tour, which kicks off on June 16 with Nicki Minaj."I'm really excited," she told "Entertainment Tonight." "I'm probably going to be extra nervous the day before. We've been working hard for, like, two months now, and everything's coming together really good."

Spears has been working out and trying to get herself into tip-top shape so that she can get through the dance-heavy set. "It can be kind of [grueling], especially when you're onstage and you're on your eighth number," she explained. "You get really winded and you're like, 'How can I do the rest of the show?' But I've been training for a while and I actually — before I come to rehearsals — I've been working out and stuff like that so I won't have that predicament. I run a lot." Online footage shows the singer practicing dance numbers for "Up n' Down," "(Drop Dead) Beautiful" and "How I Roll," which includes props and high-energy backup dancers.

So, what does Britney need to stay grounded and relaxed on tour? "My pillow from home," she said, giggling. "I have to have my pillow and I love watching old episodes of 'Sex and the City.' As long as I have all the seasons with me, I can go to and watch them and be entertained on the bus. That's a must-have."

In addition to the tour, Spears is on the brink of releasing her latest video off the album, for the track "I Wanna Go." She hooked up with director Chris Marrs Piliero for the clip. On the cover for the single, the former Mouseketeer appears smiling, her hair down with some funky multicolored highlights in it, wearing a barely there mini-shirt emblazoned with a skull with Mickey Mouse ears.

'Breaking Dawn' Trailer: More Squeal-Filled Fan Reactions

Christmas came early for the "Twilight" fans of the world, in the form of the trailer for "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" during Sunday's MTV Movie Awards. Two days later, and the most die-hard fans still can't get enough of watching and re-watching the nearly two-minute extravaganza.

Because we anticipated a few over-the-top enthusiastic responses, MTV News asked fans to upload their "Breaking Dawn" trailer reactions to Your.MTV.com, and the top three aired on MTV's "The Seven," on Monday. But since we received so many wonderful reaction videos, we felt that we needed to highlight a few more.

This latest group features similar themes of breathlessness, wide-eyed enthusiasm and, of course, squeals of delight. One video features five young girls perched on a couch in a room surrounded by "Team Edward" paraphernalia, all of them remaining mostly composed, until one little lady pretends to faint after seeing shirtless Taylor Lautner.

SEE PHOTOS OF ALL OF THE "TWILIGHT" STARS AT THE MOVIE AWARDS.

The reactions from Emily and Lizzy in Haysville, Kansas, go from smiley to stunned to squealy. Also notable is the fact that a young guy is hanging out in the background, probably a brother or friend, who tries to sit through the ladies' screams but bails halfway through.

Finally, uploader ayLa94kLd submitted footage of herself and her sister's reactions. The lively duo were the first reactors we've seen to offer a bit of running commentary throughout. At one point, the older sis playfully smacks her younger sister to keep her from fully freaking out.

In addition to those video reactions, we have a few more thoughts, written by our readers in the comments section under the first trailer-reaction story we posted.

"THAT TRAILER WAS AWESOME!!!" exclaimed Tucheer83. "I loved their reactions. Mine was worse. I was literally running around the house. I couldn't believe [director Bill] Condon actually gave us the headboard breaking. I so love that man. No wonder Jennifer Hudson got an Oscar [for Condon's 'Dreamgirls']. This guy is good!!! 'New Moon' used to be my favorite trailer, but Condon beat it hands down — but not by much."

"I loved the trailer," Shari44 wrote. "My biggest squeals came when I got a glimpse of Bella looking into Edward's eyes in her wedding veil. Just beautiful. Second squeal and a little giggle was when he was gripping the headboard during a passionate moment," she added. "When Edward and Bella were snuggling together, then when we could see her belly with the first signs of pregnancy. Awesome trailer. Loved it all. Any Edward moment makes me sigh at the very least."

'Harry Potter' Stars Emma Watson, Tom Felton Say Goodbye

The "Harry Potter" franchise comes to an end for fans on July 15, but for the stars of the best-selling franchise, the end came over a year and a half ago.

"Potter" stars Emma Watson and Tom Felton hit the MTV Movie Awards red carpet Sunday to represent their series against previous victors "Twilight" but said that it was a bit surreal to be there supporting a series they finished filming so long ago.

"It's been over, like, a year and a half since we shot it, and I haven't seen any of it," Felton said.

The final press rounds for "Deathly Hallows, Part 2" will be taking place this summer, something Watson called "very strange." She said she would probably shed some more tears when the end came for "Harry Potter" all over again.

"Maybe a few. Maybe one or two, just little ones," she said.

The "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2" footage that was shown during the MTV Movie Awards was the first Felton had seen of any of the "Part 2" footage, which is impressive, because many trailers have been released in anticipation of the July 15 release date.

CHECK OUT PHOTOS OF THE "POTTER" CAST BACKSTAGE AT THE MOVIE AWARDS.

"I'm excited to see the sneak peek!" he said excitedly. "That's half the reason I'm here tonight, I want to see the sneak peek."

Since Felton hasn't seen any of the "Part 2" footage, he has no idea how he will look fighting the final battle on the big screen in 3-D. That is something else he said he's very excited to see.

"I'm not sure whether that will add or subtract to my screen presence, but we'll see," Felton said with a laugh.

Incubus 'Unpack' From Hiatus With 'Promises, Promises'

Posted: 07 Jun 2011 05:50 AM PDT

If Not Now, When? is band's first studio effort in nearly five years.
By James Montgomery, with reporting by Kelly Marino

Incubus' Brandon Boyd
Photo: MTV News

Brandon Boyd knows it's been a while — almost five years, to be exact — since Incubus last released a new studio album. And, in the time since 2006's Light Grenades, Incubus have toured the world, released a greatest-hits album, gone on hiatus and even grown up a bit.

And though that break was frustrating for the band's fans (even if there were various side projects and solo albums to tide them over), Boyd said it was necessary. After all, without it, there probably wouldn't be an Incubus today.

"Yes, we've been on a 'hiatus,' we'll say, in quotes — I love that word, it's so heavily connotated — for the past five years. And it's not that we were burned out being in a band or being in this band; I think that we, collectively, were feeling like if we didn't step away from this sort of monster that we created, that it would begin to consume us," he told MTV News. "And for us to be able to come back and write music that was still pure in its ethic, to us as creative people, that we had to get a nice chunk of real life. And there's definitely a better way to put that. We had to unpack, basically.

"We had to plant some roots, lest we start to write songs about living on a tour bus. ... So we had to fall in love, we had to fall out of love, we had to make homes ... our drummer had a baby, Michael went off to school, I was exploring a lot of my own singular creative tendencies," Boyd continued. "We weren't sitting at home twiddling our thumbs or anything; all of us had a lot to do. And eventually, it got to the point where it was like, 'It's time.' "

Soon, it will be time for If Not Now, When?, Incubus' first new album since Grenades. It's due in stores on July 12, and it finds the band exploring wide-screen sonics and space ("I'm hoping people will put the headphones on and just listen," Boyd said) and, in doing so, also showcases Boyd's new songwriting prowess. He attempted to say more with fewer words this time around, and his lyrics are given room to sink in — a luxury not available on the band's previous, more-hectic albums. Case in point: new single "Promises, Promises," which finds him in prime, precise storyteller mode.

"I've kind of played with the idea of storytelling before, but never so precisely as I have on this album ... [on] two songs in particular: 'Promises, Promises' and another track called 'Isadore,' " he explained. " 'Promises, Promises,' is a story about a girl and a guy — go figure — and the girl has built up so much armor around herself with the things that she knows how to do.

"And so, I used these metaphors in the song of, like, magic, like she's an illusionist, so she creates these illusions around her," he continued. "And she's gotten so good at it that she meets somebody who potentially could be someone that could help her break through those illusions and those walls, she can't really recognize that he could be the real thing, or they could be the real thing, so she's asking him for one thing: 'Don't make me any promises.' "

'Breaking Dawn' Wedding Was 'Beautiful' But 'Freezing'

When the trailer for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" debuted during the 2011 MTV Movie Awards, fans were treated to a tease of the long-awaited, highly anticipated wedding scene between Edward and Bella. In the trailer, fans see Bella's veil and hair clip, Edward decked out in his wedding-day finest, and their friends and family showering them with love in a beautiful field.

However, the emotional warmth of the scene was not mirrored by the weather while the cast was filming the pivotal scene earlier this year. Elizabeth Reaser, who plays Cullen matriarch Esme, explained to MTV News, "It was brutal. It was freezing, it was raining, we were in corsets."

Her onscreen hubby, Peter Facinelli, admitted that, regardless of the terrible weather, there still were some sunny spots, thanks to the killer locale. "It was beautiful — the setting was beautiful," he said. "I just wish we had a little bit more vampire clouds and we weren't getting drenched on."

SEE PHOTOS OF ALL OF THE "TWILIGHT" STARS AT THE MOVIE AWARDS.

Tinsel Korey explained that the wedding scene finally confirmed it: Bella is most certainly Team Edward. "It's been Team Jacob, Team Edward, and now, definitely Team Edward," she said.

Billy Burke, who plays Bella's dad in the flick and is clearly upset by the news of the pair's wedding in the trailer, teased the impending drama fans will see when the film opens in November. "I think it's pretty obvious that there's some discomfort in it, so I'll leave it at that," he said.

"Eclipse" won five prizes at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards, including Best Kiss, Best Movie, Best Male Performance, Best Female Performance and Best Fight.

Rolling with Kanye West has plenty of benefits. G.O.O.D. Music rapper Big Sean's first album, Finally Famous, boasts features from an assortment of A-list hip-hop talent, including Wiz Khalifa, Lupe Fiasco, Pharrell "Skateboard P" Williams, Chris Brown and, of course, Mr. West. The Chicago rapper/producer teams with his protégé for a carefree tune on the Detroit MC's delayed debut, now set to drop on June 28.

"The Kanye song is a great song. It's called 'Marvin Gaye and Chardonnay,' " Sean told MTV News backstage at this weekend's Hot 97 Summer Jam. "So, you know, it's definitely a track that's strictly to have a good time, strictly for just partying.

"It is what it is. It's self-explanatory, man; it's just us having fun. I feel like that's one of the things that people, especially [in] hip-hop, sometimes forget to include in their music, man — you just gotta have fun with it. So it's nothing too serious, me and him have tons of songs coming out. This is definitely one of the first of many."

The "I Do It" rapper and Yeezy have in fact appeared on a number of songs together. The creator of the Supa Dupa flow blessed a number of 'Ye's G.O.O.D. Friday tracks with his bars, including "Good Friday," "Don't Look Down" and "Christmas in Harlem."

For the album cut, Sean and his boss kept to familiar content. Said Sean, "It's kind of another day in the life, man, but it's just like, you know when you with your lady and you got those special times? All you really need is that Marvin Gaye and that Chardonnay."

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley says 'Dark of the Moon' director Michael Bay usually had her 'hiding underneath something that was about to explode.'
By Jocelyn Vena

It's almost a given that stunt work on a flick like "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" would be intense. The cast of the Michael Bay-directed movie expected as much, and they were more than up for the challenge.

"I loved doing the stunts," Rosie Huntington-Whiteley told MTV News, adding that she thought Bay "really respected a girl that could get her hands dirty."

"Dark of the Moon," which hits theaters on June 29, is Huntington-Whiteley's first appearance in the franchise but she seemed to revel in all of the action. "Everything was a first for me, so it was super exhilarating and exciting. ... And we had a lot of fun filming. Every day was a crazy day on set and I think maybe half the time, I was in a harness or jumping through fire or I was running through gunfire or, like, hiding underneath something that was about to explode."

SEE PHOTOS OF ROSIE HUNTINGTON-WHITELEY AND MORE STARS ON THE MOVIE AWARDS RED-CARPET.

Fellow "Transformers" newcomer Patrick Dempsey was equally into it, dishing about the technology Bay used to show the cast how he wanted certain scenes to turn out. "I had some sequences; a lot of explosions," he said. "He was very good about showing us what the sequence would be like on his iPad. That helped tremendously."

Three films in, Josh Duhamel and Shia LaBeouf were looking forward to getting in on the action, even if it seemed dangerous.

"A lot of the times they don't let us do stuff like that, but Shia and I both teamed up on Michael to let us do this one stunt," Duhamel recalled. "It was pretty nuts. They tied us on to these latches and they yank you 50 feet up in the air and they yank you back up, but it turned out to be really fun and this is the reason why I love these movies, 'cause you get to do stuff you don't get to do otherwise."

'Twilight' Rookie Noel Fisher Opens Up About 'Breaking Dawn'

Posted: 06 Jun 2011 11:57 PM PDT

'There's a lot of joking and having a good time,' he tells MTV News of vibe on set.
By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Eric Ditzian

The cast of "The Twilight Saga" might have won all their MTV Movie Awards for "Eclipse," but the real focus was on the trailer for "Breaking Dawn."

Because the hype is so strong for the fourth installment of "The Twilight Saga," newcomer Noel Fisher was invited to attend his first MTV Movie Awards. Fisher, who plays Vladimir in "Breaking Dawn," described the experience as "way next level."

Fisher won't hit the big screen until "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" comes out in 2012, and he was completely unwilling to share any plot tidbits when MTV News caught up with him on the red carpet.

"Can't tell you about that yet! I'm in the second movie, I can tell you that. But other than that, can't tell you too much about the actual script or what happens in it," he said with a laugh.

SEE PICS OF THE "TWILIGHT" CAST'S BIG MOVIE AWARDS NIGHT.

Since it was his first Movie Awards and the rest of the "Twilight" cast's third, MTV asked if any of his co-stars gave him some words of advice for walking the red carpet.

"The biggest piece of advice I found was just be yourself," he said. "The really nice thing about it is that everyone is so friendly, so just kind of relax and be yourself and get to meet people."

Fisher said he had a similarly good experience on the set of "Breaking Dawn," where everyone welcomed him in as part of the "Twilight" family. The vibe on set was "really fun," he said, especially since Vladimir comes into the story at a point when many other new characters join up with the Cullens as well.

"One of the best parts about doing this for me was everyone was really friendly. They have such a nice camaraderie and such a nice repartee back and forth. You can see it onscreen, [and] it's very much offscreen [too]. There's a lot of joking and having a good time," he said. "They're all very professional and they can do that, and then they can turn in and be in what they need to be in. It was really nice."

Another exciting part of coming to the Movie Awards for Fisher was the chance to see the exclusive "Breaking Dawn" trailer. Unfortunately someone leaked the sneak peek before the Movie Awards started, but Fisher said he held off on watching the video so he could see it at the show.

He said he was a bit upset about the fact that it had been leaked ahead of time and the fact that "Twilight" exclusives have been leaked in the past.

"There's a lot of excitement about the movie and people want to see it really badly, but I think that the point of it, you kind of have to hold on to it and just let it come. It's more satisfying," Fisher said.

Pop stars often take on different personas in their music videos, but Katy Perry has taken it a step further, unveiling a dorky new alter ego before the release of her clip for "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)."

For the fifth single off Teenage Dream, Perry has transformed into a 13-year-old high-schooler named Kathy Beth Terry, whose Facebook page lists her birthday as June 1, 1998. The visual for the Dr. Luke and Max Martin-produced feel-good tune drops June 14.

Fans caught an early glimpse of the "Last Friday Night" video in a teaser released online on Tuesday (June 7). In the 35-second sneak peek, an invite for "the party of the summer" is pinned onto Kathy Beth's corkboard, alongside her science award ribbon and dentist appointment reminder. "What, what was last night?" a confused Kathy asks herself in the clip, before a flashback montage shows festivities, kids dancing, and the wide-eyed teen throwing up in a shoe.

Perry's solar-system-loving persona has already hit the social media realms of Twitter and Facebook. Not only does Kathy Beth Terry love a good party, but she's a technology wiz too. "Harry S. Truman High: your firewall is weak, just hacked into @Twitter at the library, you can't block me, n00bs!" Kathy tweeted on Tuesday.

If fans want to know even more about Kathy, they can head to the high-schooler's Facebook page and read up on some of her interests, which include high-school science fairs, Beanie Babies and Hanson. As for where the 13-year-old gets her fashions from, Kathy writes, "I shop at Mervyn's and Dillard's (sometimes). I WISH I could afford 579!"

Lady Gaga's Born This Way Banned In Lebanon

Officials have reportedly impounded copies of Gaga's latest disc, calling it 'offensive to Christianity.'
By Jocelyn Vena

On Monday night, Lady Gaga attended the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards in New York City, where she accepted the Fashion Iconprize.

Donning a green wig and a black dress with mesh and spikes, the superstar opened up about her love of fashion and how it shaped her as an artist.

"All of you made me feel like a star before I was," she told the CFDA crowd at Lincoln Center, where guests included fashion luminaries like Marc Jacobs, Anna Wintour, and onetime star of MTV's "The City," Diane von Furstenberg. She continued, "As much as this award means to me personally ... I just want you to know how much this means to young Americans."

Gaga will continue to show support for her fans when she makes an appearance in Italy on Saturday at Rome's Circus Maximus to mark the close of 2011 Euro Pride.

U.S. Ambassador to Italy David Thorne said he is "very proud to have an Italian-American artist of [Gaga's] stature'' attending the Euro Pride festivities, which are held in a different European city every year. He added that U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said, "Human rights are gay rights and gay rights are human rights."

It's not all love for Gaga, however. According to The Guardian, officials in Lebanon have banned Born This Way, describing it as "offensive to Christianity." The office of general security reportedly impounded copies of the chart-topping album when it arrived at the airport in Beirut. "Distributors are prohibited from circulating media that diverges from public decency and morality or is at odds with nationalistic or religious beliefs," officials told The Guardian.

Despite the report, Lebanon's information ministry insists that it "is, and always has been, against all forms of censorship." The Los Angeles Times reported that the Lebanese office of general security confirmed "[copies of the album] are still in our offices. We are still deciding what to do with them."

Wondering what the Femme Fatale Tour will look like when it kicks off next week? Well, wonder no more! Britney Spears offered up a tease of the stage in a new video posted online.

"Oh my God!" she squealed walking into the room seeing the setup for the first time. "I love it!"

Spears walked the stage with her managers, giving fans a taste of what's to come once the shows kick off June 16 in Sacramento, California, with opening act Nicki Minaj. The stage has it all: lights, video screens, a funky neon-colored floor, lasers, lifts and giant butterfly wings.

"It's beautiful," Spears said as she listened to her music blast over the loud speakers and checked out the way the lights and video would play during what appears to be a reworked version of "Hold It Against Me" that included more electric guitar.

"The Femme Fatale Tour will hopefully just be outrageously spectacular," Spears recently said about the multi-city arena tour. "I'm just hoping that the choreographers will come up with just the most outrageous things, and I'm really excited. ... This is one of the most excited I've been about a project in a really long time, so I can't wait."

Minaj is just as excited about the tour, and she knows she has to go big to match the spectacle of a Britney show. "I'm just trying to put more theater on that stage. So much to me is music, but it's also about putting on a show, so that's my goal: to truly put on a show and incorporate theater and dance," she explained. "I think it's pretty easy to take it to the next level ... I think I'm nowhere close to where I could be as far as my shows have been."

Spears' longtime manager Larry Rudolph teased the tour's theme months ago when he spoke to us in Las Vegas before Spears played a mini-set for an excited room of fans at the Palms Hotel and Casino. Even then, Rudolph knew Brit's track "Till the World Ends" would play into the theme.

" 'Till the World Ends' keeps becoming a theme for us," he said back in March. "The way we come up with a concept for a show like this is we sit with Britney, she talks to us about what she's interested in and what excites her. We start with the songs on the album; we start with coming up with general, broad concepts. She tells us what interests her and excites her."

Trae Tha Truth Reaches For The Crown On Undisputed

Don't Sleep: Necessary Notables

Headliner: Trae Tha Truth

Mixtape: Undisputed

Key Cameo: "Getting Paid," featuring Wiz Khalifa

Essential Info: A lot of MCs claim to be your favorite rapper's favorite rapper, but judging from the amount of love that Houston's Trae Tha Truth has been receiving lately, he may have sole claim to that crown. Just check the track list on his latest mixtape, Undisputed, which includes appearances by Young Jeezy, Pusha T, Rick Ross and Wiz Khalifa. It's clear that Trae gets his respect.

Undisputed comes as Trae is putting the finishing touches on his new studio album, Street King. The tape is hosted by DJ Don Cannon, and for Trae, the union between he and Cannon, is significant.

"It was kinda something that was overdue with me and Cannon's career. We've been in the talks of it for a minute but we both was real tied up," he told Mixtape Daily. "Cannon actually hit me maybe two to three weeks before we put it out and was like, 'It's time.' When he told me it was time, I came back into Houston, kinda stopped what I was doing, and got it going."

Despite being well-respected in the industry, Trae still feels that he and Cannon have a long way to go in terms of mainstream notice. "We were doing the tape just off the strength of us, just because we feel a lot of people overlook me for what I do on the music and a lot of people overlook him as far as what he do on the DJ game," Trae explained. "We're both household names, but we still gotta show a lot of people what it is."

Driven by hard-core street cuts like "Gettin Paid," featuring Wiz Khalifa, Trae continues to reign as underground rap royalty, his stock rising with each release. On "Inkredible (Remix)," producer StreetRunner adds a new beat to Trae's 2010 single, while Jadakiss adds a new verse.

Now that the tape has dropped, Trae seems to have picked up the right momentum as he prepares the release of his full-length Street King on June 28. A week before the album's release date, Trae will touch down in New York City for a rare headlining performance at SOB's. Fred the Godson and French Montana are already confirmed guests, but Trae promised Mixtape Daily that there'll be some surprises.

Director Colin Tilley promised that the video for Chris Brown and Justin Bieber's "Next 2 U" would be "big," and a leaked early cut of the video is just that.

The whole thing plays out like a movie, complete with dialogue, drama, lots of action, and of course, singing and dancing. It opens with Brown and his love interest dancing, kissing and joking around with one another. Justin Bieber is then seen hugging and kissing his girlfriend and telling her, "I've been waiting for you all day," before presenting her with a necklace. Things get dark when the pair are caught together by her dad, who then takes her away.

"I told you not to see him again," he tells his daughter. Bieber's story is intercut with Brown's. Brown is dreaming of his girl when he looks outside and sees that the world appears to be ending around them. Cars are exploding and people are running around in a panic.

As the destruction continues, Brown stands in the street singing the love song. Meanwhile, Bieber stands on a rooftop, pining for his lady, also singing the tune.

More shots of each of the happy couples play as reminders of times when things weren't so uncertain. Viewers are reminded of the destruction by the song's lyrics, "One day when the sky is falling/ I'll be standing right next to you/ Right next to you." The couples do eventually make their way back to one another, but it's not all peachy keen when they do. Just as Brown finally meets up with his love interest after running through the streets, she's hit by a car.

As the video closes out, a big dance break takes place as Bieber's lady runs around trying to find him. They meet up on the roof where he was singing, and it appears that both couples will somehow survive their tragedies.

Before the video leaked, Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, seemed confident that fans wouldn't be disappointed by the clip. He tweeted, "Just saw a rough cut of the #NEXT2YOU video with @justinbieber and @chrisbrown ! @ColinTilley is goin' in!!"

Lady Gaga Fans Launch Twitter War With Black Keys Drummer

Patrick Carney earned the wrath of Little Monsters by comparing Gaga to Madonna on Twitter.

Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney is a man who seems to grasp the power and purpose of Twitter — namely, using it to mess with Bravo TV star Bethenny Frankel and profess his love for condiments. So it was probably a bit of a shock when, after writing a seemingly innocuous tweet about Lady Gaga, he bore the full brunt of her (very angry) Little Monsters.

It all started last month, when Carney sized up Gaga's "Saturday Night Live" performance by writing, simply, "Madonna is killing it!" The comment went largely unnoticed by Gaga's fans, and Carney returned to important things like tweeting with Ke$ha about shrimp. But then, he dared to compare Gaga to Madonna once again, and, to borrow a phrase from Calvin Tran, "Oh, here go hell come."

Gaga's fans picked up on the tweet, and soon began inundating Carney's Twitter account with a steady torrent of vicious hate that quickly escalated to a full-on downpour of acrimony. So, he did what any self-respecting Twitter-head would do: retweeted the best of the worst.

In fact, all day Monday (June 6), Carney's Twitter account was nothing but a stream of profanity-laced, poorly-punctuated vitriol from Little Monsters, who called him "an ugly ass bitch," compared him to "the kid in the wheelchair on 'Glee' " and even threatened him with bodily harm.

For his part, Carney helped stoke the flames by pointing out that Gaga's anti-bullying message didn't really seem to be translating to her fans.

"Hey, little monsters! Everyone knows lady gaga sounds nothing at all like Madonna. I was joking! I am so depressed," he wrote, adding that he was heading to Red Lobster.

The tweets don't seem to be losing steam too quickly. As of Tuesday morning (June 7), Carney was still RT'ing some of the zestier messages he'd received from Gaga fans, and he summed up the whole experience by complaining that @Bethenny had replied to one of his brother's tweets, but not his (link), proving that, much like life, the Twitter-verse is, in fact, cyclical.

Beyoncé has already told us that it's girls who run the world. And with that bit of foot-stomping feminist business out of the way, B is ready to get her "Party" on.

That's the name of the tune from the singer's upcoming album, 4, which leaked on Monday and features a few verses from reclusive Outkast rapper Andre 3000. The song was produced by Kanye West and Consequence, with 'Ye helping to kick off the retro-'90s keyboard groove with the instantly quotable lines, "You a bad girl and your friend's bad too/ You got the swag sauce, you drippin' swagu."

Over a slinky, slow-bouncing synthesizer and drum machine track reminiscent of a New Jack Swing seduction groove from Al B. Sure!, Beyoncé croons, "I may be young but I'm ready/ To give you all my love/ I told my girls you can get it/ Don't slow it down, just let it go/ So in love."

Unlike the at-points frantic "Run the World (Girls)," the new tune takes its time, lyrically and musically, with Beyoncé luxuriating over her vocals and singing about the beauty of nice and slow. "I'll give it all away/ Just don't tell nobody tomorrow/ So tonight I'll do it every way/ Cause knockin' till the morning light/ 'Cause we like to party."

Andre comes in around the 2:15 mark, his nasally, rapid-fire flow instantly recognizable amid a barrage of brain-twisting rhymes. "Spit this sh-- for rillo, brain Brillo/ Kiddo say he looks up to me, this just makes me feel old/ Never thought that we could become someone else's hero," raps the ATL veteran about his now senior status in the game.

"Man, we were just in the food court, eating our gyro/ Yesterday, that's the way, every single mornin' I try to pray/ Grandmom 'n them, they never forgot, and nothin' else really mean nuttin' to me."

The slow jam runs out with Beyoncé reiterating the lines " 'Cause we like to party, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey" and then a reprise of West's opening lines in praise of that elusive swagu sauce.
