It seems like most anything Lady Gaga does will spark some sort of controversy. And while the "Judas" video is filled with biblical imagery that may spark lots of healthy debate, Gaga says she is not trying to anger any religious groups.

Shortly after the clip made its debut, Gaga explained that it "is not meant to be an attack on religion. I respect and love everyone's beliefs." She expressed similar sentiments several times leading up to the premiere of "Judas," declaring that "it's meant more to celebrate faith than it is to challenge it."

When MTV News spoke to Laurieann Gibson, who co-directed the video with Gaga, her comments mirrored the singer's.

"To the religious groups, I don't even know that there's religious [stuff in there]," she explained. "I'm like, you know, Jesus did have a crown of thrones, he did die for my sins. I'm a believer, so I say to them, those religious people, personally, I can't speak for Gaga, but as a director, a choreographer, as a believer, I say, 'Take a look at yourself.' For me, I would never [defame] my savior and the love and the non-judgment of what Jesus means to me. So I say, 'Take a closer look at why you're judging.' "

Many may wonder why Gaga and Gibson settled on a video that would cause so many to react so strongly. Gibson explains, "The discussions were massive, the concepts were many prior to landing on a place. They were just exciting, full of passion. It was a magical process and we're really proud of where we ended up.

"I think the concept stuck with this one because ultimately there was a place where we wanted to leave the interpretation up to each individual and not take away [Gaga's] power as a performer, as a dancer, as a star," she continued. "And to leave the moments for you to interpret, and be inspired by the fact that everyone has a Judas in their life and there is a place of deliverance."

With the mighty "Thor" having vanquished the competition at the box office this weekend, we can now officially turn to talk of sequels. Specifically, would esteemed director Kenneth Branagh be willing to take on another "Thor" movie?

"We went through so many possibilities for how the story might go, that of course the prospect of that is very tantalizing and fascinating," Branagh told MTV News about toying with the sequel idea. "I loved working with this group of actors and had a fantastic experience working with everyone in the Marvel family," he added.

"You know as well as I do, there's a passionate fanbase out there that will say what they think. People will vote with their feet. And because it's such a big chunk of change for everybody involved, I think that's going to have a crucial, crucial impact but it would be a lovely challenge and problem to have should we do a second one," he said.

Branagh went on to say that in doing research for "Thor," he discovered plenty of fun, new elements of the story that warrant further exploration in future installments.

"When I first got involved with this, I was so thrilled. The first big, really exciting moment when I started really going through the comic books was all the descriptions of powers," he explained. "I loved it, amazing. People's body weights, how tall they were, what they could do, all of that kind of stuff. There's a vast amount of that from the Thor universe that I'd like to see," he said, before reiterating that it's up to fans to support and show film some love. "As they say in the voiceover of 'Big Brother' back home [in the U.K.], 'You. Decide,' " he said with a laugh.

Mixtape: Can I Have the Club Back Please

Real Spit: When it comes to the clubs, Mr. Collipark is VIP. The Atlanta producer built his rep crafting danceable hits for the Ying Yang Twins ("Shake"), Soulja Boy ("Soulja Girl") and David Banner ("Play"), though he's been quiet of late. But now he wants his spot back and he intends to take it with his latest mixtape, Can I Have the Club Back Please.

"Can I Have the Club Back Please is basically a mixtape to [address] where I feel the music scene right now in the clubs ain't what it need to be,' Collipark told Mixtape Daily. "I said I was gonna take it upon myself to get some veteran artists, as well as some up-and-coming artists like my man Lil Chuckee, and do the club music that we made famous and reintroduce it to this generation."

With Young Money's Lil Chuckee representing the new generation, Collipark reunited with Bubba Sparxxx and the Ying Yang Twins to give the vets a shot. "Now, about a year ago we got together and attempted to do some music and it came out pretty good," the Grammy-nominated producer said about his last run with Ying Yang. "For whatever reason, it didn't go like we wanted it to go; so we got back together when I said I was gonna do this mixtape and made a classic."

The Ying Yang-assisted "Boomerang," with its slapping 808 is a sure mixtape standout as is Bubba Sparxxx's "Ridiculous." With a track list full of dance-floor hits and trunk-rattlers, Collipark is confident he'll reclaim his crown as one of rap's club kings. "For spring break, for summertime, this will be the mixtape to have." Now dance.

Joints to Check For
» "Boomerang" - "One of the first records that we did for the mixtape was 'Boomerang' and basically what that is, is the reunion of myself and the Ying Yang Twins."

» "Did Ya Mama" - "So I reached out to my man Lil Chuckee and asked him if he would like to participate in what I was trying to do. Basically, he came up with some lyrics that was too much for the track that I sent him originally so I had to go back and make the track around his lyrics."
