ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey — "I've missed you all so much!" Lady Gaga gushed to her little monsters who filled the sold-out Boardwalk Hall arena on Saturday night.

Check out photos from Lady Gaga's Atlantic City Show.

As much as she was missed during her superhumanly brief tour hiatus, the question on everyone's mind at the Monster Ball was whether or not Gaga would perform "Born This Way."

Halfway through her encore performance of "Bad Romance," Mother Monster took a beat to seductively mutter, "You better not leave when this song is done. There may be a surprise."

And sure enough, after three minutes of deafening monster screams in the darkness, Miss Gaga stormed the stage once more, surrounded by her dancers, all in the same flesh-colored latex we saw at the Grammys. She belted out her new #1 hit at the top of her lungs and danced with every bit of energy that a normal human would not have after an almost-two-hour gargantuan show.

The second-place award for the wild night's biggest moment went to the pop star's announcement that she will be back next year with the "Born This Way Ball," which — judging from the roar in the venue — is already guaranteed to be sold out a year before tickets even go on sale.

For this concert, Gaga stuck true to her Monster Ball format rather than transition to the material that will appear on her upcoming album, Born This Way. Besides the title track, the only other new song she performed was "You and I," which she has already played at several shows during her most recent round of touring.

The set list featured all of her biggest hits, including "Poker Face," "Paparazzi," "Telephone" and "Just Dance." The more intimate piano portion of the show, meanwhile, was noticeably shortened since the singer has dropped her "Fame Monster" rock tune "Speechless."

Looking as fit as ever, Gaga showed off her toned tummy for most of the second half of the performance, thrusting her body to every beat that could possibly be danced to. Singing loud and strong, Gaga took a moment during "Teeth," to remind her fans once again that she never does and never will lip synch.

Scissor Sisters opened the concert with six sultry and dance-heavy numbers, including their hit, "I Don't Feel Like Dancin'."

The next stop on the Monster Ball tour is Madison Square Garden in New York City on both Monday and Tuesday, during which Lady Gaga's first HBO concert special will be taped.

Kanye West's 'All Of The Lights' Video Premieres

Kanye West surprised fans by releasing his video for "All of the Lights" from his platinum-selling album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Instead of extensive pre-promotion and hype, the video was announced only about an hour or so before it was set to debut Saturday (February 19).

The clip is directed by Hype Williams and features appearances from Rihanna and Kid Cudi. Williams is a favorite of West's; the filmmaker has directed a number of the Chicago rapper's videos, including "Stronger," "Can't Tell Me Nothing," "Amazing" and their first collabo "Diamonds From Sierra Leone."

The video begins in black-and-white with the camera following a young girl who is presumably heading out to school. After about a minute, a brightly lit graphic montage of the song's lyrics and names of the video's participants begin flashing across the screen. This portion of the video is an homage to the opening credits of Gaspar Noé's 2009 French film "Enter the Void."

Kanye West isn't seen in the video until about the two-minute mark. Yeezy is extra animated while reciting his lyrics (at one point he is standing on top of a police car) as is Kid Cudi when he performs the song's bridge. Rihanna's presence in the video will probably be especially appreciated by the fellas since she is wearing a revealing top as she seductively peers into the camera.

The video's release may add credence to rumors that Kanye will join Rihanna during halftime of the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday night to perform the new single.

While the video for "All of the Lights" has arrived, it leaves many asking about the fate of the visual for "Monster." Although a rough cut of the "Monster" video leaked at the end of 2010, there is no word of when and if a finished version will ever be released.

As his quest for world domination continues, Justin Bieber took to the basketball court on Friday evening to co-headline the 2011 BBVA NBA All-Star Celebrity Game in Los Angeles. And even though his team lost, the teen sensation won the coveted title of MVP at the end of the star-studded game.

Bieber did his best to play alongside fellow celebrity participants including Romeo, Common, Rob Kardashian, Trey Songz, actor Michael Rapaport and Nick Cannon. Basketball stars Scottie Pippen, Bill Walton, Rick Fox, Jalen Rose, Mitch Richmond, Chris Mullin and Swin Cash rounded out the game players. While NBA luminary Bill Walton coached the Eastern Conference, Magic Johnson served as instructor for the Western Conference.

With the star talent covering the court, the East and West teams delivered steady competition against one another. But once the third quarter kicked in, the East Conference began dominating the scoreboard with a 41-33 lead. Bieber proved his basketball skills to his West team with a stat line that included eight points, two rebounds and four assists. But in the end, the Eastern Conference took the game by storm with a final score of 54-49 (Western).

Despite his team's loss, the Biebster won over the play-by-play sports commentators, who praised the teen star when he scored. "Justin Bieber! He could be thinking about that MVP award. He has game," one announcer said.

And as predicted, the celebrity all-star showdown ended with ESPN's Heather Cox awarding the Most Valuable Player trophy to the teen sensation. "We're just here. We're having a good time. We went out there and beat them," Bieber joked. "It was all because of my boy Magic over here."

Earlier in the game, Bieber rounded up his legion of Twitter followers to vote for him as Most Valuable Player during the star-studded game, tweeting, "Everyone text 'bieber' to 69622 for me to be MVP in the all-star celeb game. I'm going in!!! Haha."

Not only were his Beliebers able to snatch the title for the pop star, they also showed their support for the 16-year-old singer by creating yet another trending topic on Twitter called "BIEBER ALERT."

'Chronicles Of Narnia' Producer Perry Moore Found Dead

Perry Moore, executive producer of the wildly successful "The Chronicles of Narnia" trilogy and author of the young adult novel "Hero," died Thursday morning in his NYC home from an apparent overdose of OxyContin, according to The New York Times. He was 39.

Moore is reported to have been instrumental in securing the rights to film C.S. Lewis's epic series for small production house Walden Media. The three films completed so far, "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe," "Prince Caspian," and "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" have combined to make over $1.5 billion worldwide.

Moore, who once promised fans he would endeavor to produce all seven of the books in the "Narnia" series, may have been well on his way to securing financing on a fourth entry, "The Magician's Nephew," according to a report on WTKR. A prequel to the events of the first film, "The Magician's Nephew" takes readers back to the very beginning of Narnia. If accurate, it is unclear why Moore would choose to film this novel rather than the chronological sequel, "The Silver Chair."

Openly homosexual, Moore was passionate about the portrayal of gay characters in comics. Wanting to create a positive, gay super, Moore wrote "Hero," the story of Thom Creed, a high school basketball star who must simultaneously deal with both his emerging powers and sexuality.

One of the last things Moore ever linked to on his personal website was a 2008 story on MTV about "Hero" being turned into an hour long series. According to WTKR, Moore was still working on bringing "Hero" to TV at the time of his death.

With partner Hunter Hill, Moore co-wrote and co-directed the drama "Lake City" in 2008.

"We're so sad," his father, Bill Moore, told The Hollywood Reporter. "He's been able to reach out and touch a lot of people."

Just two days after Britney Spears released her highly anticipated video for "Hold It Against Me," the 29-year-old diva is back to give fans another treat with a brief snippet from her next single, "Inside Out."

"C'mon! Won't you give me something to remember," Spears sings in the barely 10-second clip, revealed by the singer and her producer, Dr. Luke, on Twitter.

"Baby shut your mouth and turn me inside," she crescendos.

For fans, the brief snippet is a welcome treat, but hardly a surprising one, considering that Spears teased "Hold It Against Me" in similar fashion for several weeks.

In an interview with MTV News, Spears' longtime manager himself, Larry Rudolph, indicated that fans were likely to hear another song before the March 29 release of Femme Fatale, the Mississippi native's first album in three years.

Of the song itself, which he would only speak of obliquely on Thursday, Rudolph had high praise.

"I don't think I've been this excited about releasing a Britney single in many, many years," he said. "It's that good. That's all I'm gonna say about it at the moment. I haven't heard a final mix of it, but I should get it in the next day or two. So far, what I've heard is just extraordinary. It really is amazing. Her fans will be very happy with it. I'm trying hard to get it out before the album comes out."

What do you think of the new snippet? Will "Inside Out" be another Britney hit? Share your thoughts in the comments below!

Hip-hop's Barbie took her multi-colored wigs to Hollywood last night just in time to kick off the 2011 NBA All-Star weekend.

Nicki Minaj, flanked by her sideman/homey SB, took the stage at club Exchange in downtown Los Angeles, just a few blocks from the Staples Center, where the All-Star festivities are taking place throughout the weekend.

Not long after entering the massive venue, which was filled with a sea of Barbie fans, the Queens native made a beeline for the DJ booth and swiftly grabbed the mic from DJ Biz Markie, following a set by fellow rapper Rick Ross. Ross had just finished tearing through his own hits including club anthems "B.M.F," "9 Piece," "Aston Martin Music" and "Hustlin'." But after Rozay, the Los Angeles audience got who they were waiting for.

"Where my New York people at?" Nicki asked her fans as she stepped to the stage. From there, Nicki went into her latest single, "Moment for Life," which features Young Money capo Drake. "I fly with the stars in the skies/ I am no longer trying to survive/ I believe that life is a prize/ But to live doesn't mean you're alive," Nicki rapped as the audience sang and bounced along.

But the best was yet to come.

After cutting her song short during the Drake verse, the "legendary Biz Markie," as Ross referred to the iconic MC, cued up Nicki's controversial record "Roman's Revenge" to the female MC's surprise, sending the crowd into a rage.

"I am not Jasmine, I am Aladdin/ So far ahead, these bums is laggin'/ See me in that new thing, bums is gaggin'/ I'm startin' to feel like a dungeon dragon/ Raah, raah, like a dungeon dragon," an amped Nicki rapped.

Midway through her first verse on "Roman," the MC stepped away from the stage and disappeared into the night for the final time.

There's been no word if Nicki's abrupt ending was planned or not, but regardless, fans went home happy, comfortable with every penny spent to catch a glimpse of rap's most-wanted girl.

For the remainder of the weekend, Nicki is slated to appear at a host of events including a grand finale at the same location on Sunday night featuring manager Diddy.

'Unknown' Leads Friday Box Office

Thriller bags $6.7 million while 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never' tumbles to sixth place.
By Shawn Adler

Asking what movie kicked off President's Day weekend by winning the Friday night box office is like the start of a bad Abbott and Costello routine: It's "Unknown."

Despite middling reviews, the Liam Neeson starrer about a man who awakens after a car accident to discover the life he thought he had has been taken away, topped all comers with $6.7 million on Friday from 3,043 screens.

Expected to end at somewhere over $25 million for the four-day weekend, "Unknown" continues Neeson's recent domination of the February box office. The secretly badass star wowed audiences two years ago in "Taken," which, after opening in February 2008, ended its run with $226 million worldwide.

"I Am Number Four," meanwhile, will have to settle for being number two. On Friday, the teen-targeted alien picture finished in second place with $6.2 million. The latest from director D.J. Caruso, and star Alex Pettyfer, "I Am Number Four" could still win the weekend with a strong Saturday bounce.

Last week's winner, the Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston starring "Just Go With It," came in third place with $5.2 million.

Rounding out the top five, new release "Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son" and holdover "Gnomeo and Juliet" earned $4.8 million and $4.3 million, respectively.

Which means America may have finally found a cure for Bieber Fever, as the doe-eyed one's 3-D concert pic, "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never," toppled all the way from second to sixth place, earning just $3.8 million on Friday.

Among Oscar hopefuls, "The King's Speech" (seventh place) continued its impressive run. The presumptive favorite at the Academy Awards will pass $100 million domestically this weekend.

'Apollo 18' Trailer Premieres Online

'Cloverfield'-style found-footage flick posits aliens are reason man hasn't been back to moon.
By Shawn Adler

Everybody knows that man last set foot on the moon in 1972. The brand-new trailer for "Apollo 18," which premiered Friday on Apple.com, asks the question: "Why haven't we been back?"

From director Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego and producer Timur Bekmambetov, the trailer for "Apollo 18" mixes what appears to be archival footage of early space shuttle launches with "Paranormal Activity" -style "found footage" of a secret 1973 mission to the lunar surface, supposedly kept hidden from the public because of what the astronauts discovered.

"In the years following [Apollo 17] there was unconfirmed intelligence of an 18th mission," the trailer reads. "No evidence has ever been found. Until now."

Although not made explicit, the "Cloverfield" -style flick showcases several alarming incidents in its trailer, including a number of shots where it's clear the astronauts are not alone on the seemingly barren and deserted satellite. One particularly jarring shot shows one of the astronauts infected to the point of possession; another shows several non-human footprints in the gray lunar dust.

Conspiracy theories aside, and depending on your perspective, there actually was an Apollo 18 mission. Launched in 1975, the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project was a joint mission between US and Russian forces, officially and symbolically ending the great space race of the preceding decade.

The alternate history story is the English language debut of Spanish auteur Lopez-Gallego. Released by Dimension Films, "Apollo 18" will hit theaters April 22.

Check out everything we've got on "Apollo 18."

A member of No Doubt since the ska band's inception, guitarist Tom Dumont welcomed another member into his family early morning Saturday (February 19) with the birth of his third child, Koa Thomas Dumont, according to an announcement on the popular band's Twitter page.

"Koa Thomas Dumont was born this morning at 5am. Baby boy & parents are great," the band tweeted. "Looks like his brothers! One more No Doubt baby in the world!"

Koa Thomas joins Dumont's other two children, all with wife Mieke, siblings Ace Joseph (4) and Rio Atticus (2). He also joins a growing brood of No Doubt children (all the band members have kids), including Adrian Young's son Mason, bassist Tony Kanal's daughter Coco Reese, and Gwen Stefani's two sons with husband Gavin Rossdale, Kingston and Zuma.

"Congratulations to Tom and Mieke on the arrival of Baby Boy Koa!" read a message from band mates Tony, Gwen, and Adrian on Twitter. "We are so happy for you! Can't wait to meet him!!!"

2011 should be a busy year for No Doubt. Ten years after their last studio album, the band spent 2010 writing and recording their decade-in-the making follow-up.

"This process does take us awhile, it always has. Plus life is a little more complicated and busy than it was before we all had kids etc," Dumont wrote on the band's website on January 4. "So the goal is to write a couple songs more this year and of course finish recording all of them. We're really, really happy with the new songs and feel this great sense of momentum going into the new year."

NBA All-Star Weekend is officially under way in Los Angeles, and Wale and J. Cole helped to kick it off with a sold-out show at the House of Blues in West Hollywood on Friday night. The Roc Nation duo treated their fans, who had braved the uncharacteristically cold and damp Southern California weather, with an amazing performance as well as a surprise guest.

Drake hit the stage during J. Cole's set to perform their salacious smash hit "In the Morning." The crowd erupted as soon as the track began to play, but it got even louder once Drake hit the stage to seduce nearly every young lady in attendance with his romantic style.

"Baby, you wintertime cold/ The night is still young, drink that dinner wine slow/ I'm trying to make the goose bumps on your inner thigh show."

J. Cole and Drake released the video for the track this past week on Valentine's Day. It features behind-the-scenes footage from their Paris stop on Drake's Lights, Dreams and Nightmares European tour. When MTV News caught up with Cole before the show, he said that video was meant to be something really organic, even though it's becoming something much bigger.

"It was really a viral video. At the end of the day, it wasn't supposed to be a Hype Williams production or nothing. I wanted it to be really organic, just to document the tour. Just to document that moment in my life, or our lives, touring Europe for the first time."

Cole said this was his first All-Star weekend, and he loved the energy it brought to the town. He has been in L.A. for two weeks now, since the Grammy Awards as well as working on his project with Kendrick Lamar. He said he hopes to play in the All-Star celebrity game next year to fulfill his hoop dreams.

Another Canadian singer hopped on the stage as well. Fellow Roc Nation artist Melanie Fiona joined Cole and Wale onstage for their first-ever performance of Wale's "Beautiful Bliss."

Wale opened his show with his usual vigor. During his set, which included tracks from his More About Nothing mixtape and Attention Deficit, the crowd roared once his collaboration with Waka Flocka and Roscoe Dash came on. But by that time, he had already cleared a space for himself to dance and shake his dreads as the crowd helped him rap. As far as he was concerned, it was business as usual, making sure the crowd had an amazing time.

"We're used to this now. We've done a lot of sold-out shows together. I just think the significance of this is it being All-Star weekend," Wale said. "I think being a quote-unquote 'real' hip-hop show, that's what makes it special."
